Horrible experience.
Water doesn't drain out of bathroom.
Room was dirty.
Dining area was horrible.
No one at reception to answer
Situated near an open ditch which is really unhygienic.
Worst service. No service at all.
Phone number doesn't work.
Breakfast was horrible.
Drinking water was dirty.
Odd room freshener smell all over the room.
No proper parking area.
Worst experience.
Wi-Fi was not working.
Booked through Agoda who didn't even updated the proper hotel contact.
Waste of money. Not even 5% worth it.

Rooms are excellent. Service not so great. The location is a little far from the kodai city centre but the view from the hotel is amazing. It's an excellent hotel for the budget friendly travellers. Service could be better in terms of food and room service.

It's Not a Resort, It's a Basic Lodge With Restaurant. They Will Provide Hot Water from 7 am to 10 am, like a hostel or Lodge. The bedsheets and Bedspread Towel Haven't been washed Properly. They Don't Have Manpower to provide Basic Facilities, Receptionists Persons working like Room Service Boy, Chief. The main thing is their contact details like Phone numbers and Email are not working.

I stayed with family on Oct 2022 This is not a resort. It is like a lodge. bed sheet not washed and bath room not cleaned properly. They Will Provide Hot Water from 7 am to 10 am and hot water kettle not working , this is major problem who staying along with kids. intercom phone not working. complimentary breakfast quality is too worst. They said the driver accommodation is free. But they charged an extra 300 per day for the driver. please don’t choose this lodge.

Peaceful stay away from the city. Whoever is looking for a calm and quite place this is a must visit place. Lots of activities near by to spend a wonderful time in kodai. Staff and management is so friendly, a family kind of feelings.

Better to have an self vehicle for transfort

If there's a negative rating, this place deserves it. Unhygienic rooms, leaky taps, worst complimentary breakfast! Don't go by the pics shared by owner!
