Comfort Hotels

I able to refer some of our Middle East visitors to stay in comfort Hotel, all of our Middle East visitors who stayed in Comfort hotel shared same comment that “Name of hotel itself showcases it service – that is nothing but comfort with elegance of customer service”. Since people in hospitality industry know that, it’s very tough satisfy, Indian born Middle East settled citizens, especially when they are from Kerala – that’s show your quality of service. Comfort hotel is known for its customer service, friendly behavior of staffs and well maintained standards of Hospitality industry. This is all because of this one humble, simple man Mr. Sanjeev, we strongly recommend comfort hotel can be referred with high level of confidence and we will refer comfort hotels with high degree of confidence.

Very very poor service by them...i booked 3rooms for my guests, and my guests was not able to come due to some issues.. There was no refund policy also, then I asked the keys to stay for myself atlast... They denied saying that guest have to come.... I showed all the details that I only booked and paid details.. But still they were like 'we won't accept'... There was no alternative option for that room atall... They didn't give keys... They didn't refund... Nothing!!! I would have made it a bigger issue but having with these cheap hotels make our standards down.. There were 2of them... Receptionist and one more man sitting inside... Didn't evn respond me and made me stand for more than 30mins.. I showed every detail that I booked..... No use.. They didn't even care

If you want to feel the luxury of a 5 star hotel at a cheap price please visit this hotel. It's very good place and it's in the prime location too. I just loved it.

Worst hotel . They are charging a lot and providing a worst quality 2300 + 12% tax and very old building , no much facilities , no staff friendly , while booking they say free breakfast and after a fight they provide one dosa and vada for name sake . Worst ever hotel I have seen in cbe that too in main area

Today i have buy from comfort hotel . 1 chicken plate and 4 chapates .but very stupid enough. They doest have cook week and make tow much spicy unable to. Waste of money never go there. Price even double from market

I had a very bad experience from this hotel when I stay here. The management or receptionist didn’t know how to manage or deal with a customer. Very poor customer service. Not even satisfied with their attitude. The rooms and interiors are not maintained well. The rooms are still average. It is not worth with the amount given. The room service is also very poor. I called them 3-4 times and didn’t respond to the call. Also the wifi facility is not working.

Overall I had a very bad and worst experience in this hotel.

Misbehaving staff, not parking facility,
rude staff, luggage person also not provided, partiality for own booking and goibibo booking. very bad experience , third class hotel.

Stayed here for a night, electricity went at 1am and never came back. We had requested for one hour room check out extension even though the hotel was completely empty they didn’t allow to extend. So we had to check out at 8am.
Uncle at reception was good. But I will not be going back to this place. Place is under renovation so things may change.
Location is good located at RS puram.
