Owner was cool, they have both ac and non ac rooms. Their service was very good. They can arrange parking for your car in 2 minutes walkable distance. The room was located in one of the lane were parking possible. But their hospitality is very good. I will Recommend this to my friends and surely I will be staying for next time

The place is near to the beach but in the alley . The owners are old couple and are great. The rooms were spacious and has good matress (yes good matress matters😛) basically it's a house converted to a kind of lodge to cater tourists. The space is good the only issue is they don't provide any amenities you have to bring your own.

Best place to stay. Though the rooms are not premium, they are as shown in pictures. Best part of the stay is the aged couple owners, u will be delighted with their hospitality. CALL THEM DIRECTLY for best price.

Horrible, don’t go here.
The most rude hosts I’ve ever met. Didn’t even want to tell us where to park at first. Didn’t gave us blankets or toilet paper. She woke us up at 06:30 and kept pushing us to check out, whereas the checkout time is 14:00. The sheets were disgusting and the room is full of insects. Trust me, you don’t want to stay here.

4th class hotel. I had booked quad room. Dirtiest doormat, no soap in bathroom, short-dirty-smelly-discolored linen, extra money charged for AC, makeshift parking on an abandoned plot, tv without any tata sky subscription. I payed more than 8k for two nights. Not worth more than 300 a day.

Not great place to stay with family. We get decent accommodation with lesser cost very nearer to this accommodation. No hot water service after 4pm, even with kids around they don't switch on the heater where as near by hotels provide 24 hrs hot water which disappointed to the core.

It is a really good place for budget stay. Neither it is far from the station. The rooms are huge and pocket-friendly. The owner is a really good guy and very helpful. Yes this is not a 5star hotel but the kind of money it charges it is really very good.

The owner was very nice. They had ac in all rooms. Near the beach and the rock memorial. Overall a good place if you want to stay in Kanyakumari.👍
