OYO Am Grandd

we could not even locate the hotel. It was in such a bad locality without any proper Board. The phone number given was not working. Neither the hotel people called me to give proper directions. we had not checked in at all looking at the surrounding area. We request for refund of the money I paid. I felt I should not book through OYO going by my experience. With great difficulty we could get at eleventh hour to check in at 10 pm.

This is the worst experience i have ever had.. if you did book to this hotel.. then you will end up paying extra amount in the hotel as the receptionist desires.. receptionist is very careless and rude.. no respect to the customers and

there is a new rule you need to be aware of.. that when ever you get out of the room, you need to give the keys to the receptionist, so that keys will be "SAFE"...

Only suggestion... BAN this hotel..

Nice rooms at this price. Still there's lot to suggest 1. Hot water only available if Sun is there as they have solar geyser. I had to bath with cold water for my total stay. 2. Narrow bathrooms without shower. 3. Charging plug on Opp to bed. Only 1 plug available. 4. Most important..They demand extra money even u tell about Oyo codes n discounts etc availed.Thye demand extra amount.

Oyo 66998 Property is very worst property.This Property management openly asked extra charges.I have booked gobibo platform and paid Rs.800, but they are asked me additional charges Rs550. And delay responding rudely taking not valid for us and we're waiting 2 hours here. Property management saying this hotel use only for unmarried couples and illegal couples only.These peoples only we will give first preference because of benefit for additional amount. they have asking why you booked my property you cancel the bookings and search another hotel. So finally my feed back is this property was 100% not suitable for business peoples and original family members. Only useful for Illegal cases. Gusts check out before room boy not checked the room in things correctly and I will take action to next level and complaint to Police Department.

Good..Staff are good. They provided us good hospitality.There is no lift and proper ventilation. Also they have provided us with spring mattress which is very much inconvenient. Other things are good.

Primitive propertyAC and TV were working.The behaviour of the staff were like beasts. They didn't provide breakfast even though payment was made along with booking No hot water available in the morning for bathing Bed was not clean Floor untidy No drinking water

Worst Oyo I had ever visited. Staff forced to rate 5 star and give review by their own. Manager was very rude. My booking is confirmed in 1400/- approximately but they charge additional charge then I've to gave them 2500/- this is so inappropriate behaviour. Remove this hotel from Oyo. Worst experience ever.
