Hotel Pearl Residency

Hotel pearl residency is one of the fantastic hotels in Madurai.

The charges of the rooms is reasonable and the hotel is located near a under construction building which means the scenery isn't too great .

The building is new and relatively well-designed

The staff is very courteous and warm the ambience is good too.

There is 24/7 availability of tea and coffee which is amazing.

The restaurant is also very good especially the breakfast which had a very good menu and served scrumptious food.

the staff and the receptionists are very helpful and friendly.

The rameshwaram temple is nearby and within 5 kilometres.

I had stayed in a large room with double bed the bed is very bouncy and comfortable.

The television is operational to with some Hindi and English channels.

the toilets are clean and well ventilated but it provides hard water.
The AC is operational and the upholstery is clean.
Overall it is definitely a wonderful and cathartic experience which I recommend everyone.

PS for Pokemon go fans I also got a 800 CP haunter in the reception.

We group of 20 peoples stayed here to celebrate our club 2nd yr anniversary. The place and the room was neat and clean and staffs are very polite. They helped us in all the way to celebrate our anniversary.
They also prepared cake for our anniversary which beautiful and awesome.

Totally enjoyed the stay. I'm definitely recommend this for all.

Fraud hotel 👹👺👿
I was booked a room in 16 th April 2022
Through online, we pay total amount.
But no response from management side phone is not working
I got a mail from agoda at 16 th morning your room is cancelled.
Dnt book the room in that hotel
Dnt waste your time and money
Be carefull to every one before you book the room

Bad experience in my life....

I have booked Hotel Pearl residency for one night stay from 9th April to 10th April from Agoda hotel booking web site. and Tried to reach out them thru Phone number mentioned in ticket booking confirmation email but this contact was not reachable at all. This HOTEL HAS BEEN CLOSED, AND STILL THEY ARE TAKING BOOKINGS from different website. THEY ARE FRAUD. I am still trying to raise the concern to Agoda and Hotel Pearl Residency but unfortunately not able there is no help center for this kind of issue.

This hotel does not deserve any star but since I am not able to post this message I am giving 1 star as part of rating.

Really nice and comfortable place for stay. Bathrooms here are so well maintained which I haven't experienced before in many hotels so that's definitely a plus for them. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Only downside to the stay I experienced was finding the walls being a little dirty and spotting flies around at the entrance, other than that they have excellent service. Highly recommended

Good Place. Friendly staff. Went with family and stayed just for 1 day. Completely cooperative staffs. After knowing our check in time the offered us 5am to 5am check in check out time. There were some confusion for the price but just mere 100 extra but it's better to confirm the price over what's app or email before reaching to hotel. Rest all fine. They didn't offer breakfast. We also forget to ask any complementry breakfast is included or not.

Easy Car parking. Not in busiest Road, hence approaching this hotel is easy. There are many hotels near by for breakfast, tea and dinner and they are at walkable distance too. Rooms were neat and clean. You must be careful with bathroom doors as they have button locking system. Kids could lock it. Service was good. No WiFi. No Restaurant.

Best aspect of this hotel is the staff!!:)
They were Courtois and had agreed to all our requests. The restaurant was not open during our stay. Though car parking is not covered, they have some trees and is gated, this one ticked all our boxes.
