I don't even want to give 1 star also. I wanna give the hotel 0. The management ,behaviour, hostility , all deserve the word WORST, my goddd !! Don't be fool with their Google ratings, all are fake. When you enter the hotel, you gonna feel like, literally you are trekking in Ravangla. Staircases are horrible. Previously We booked 3 rooms but when we reached there, we were shocked with the whole. The person said that room are available with the view. But trust me, there is no VIEW except the market road , other hotels & those hotel's windows. We are very MUCH disappointed. Then, we have to change our hotel. We lost our advance for the 3 rooms. Atleast, we can expect minimum cooperation & decent behaviour. But no!! Worst experience!! Be Aware DONT BE FOOL

We r staying 5 days and the experience was so excellent and enjoyed each moment in the hotel,food and cleaning is so neat and staff are also helpful ,they treated like a family member, if I came again in ravangla I’ll stay again in this hotel

Where do we start. Awful rooms. Awful looking hotel. Awful corridors. Hotel 'View Point' with absolutely no view. Fake reviews. It doesnt even deserve 1 star. 0 hospitality. Water problems. Would not recommend this to anyone.

We had an excellent stay for one nights stay at thts at this hotel. The view of the snow peaks from the balconies were outstanding. The food is well crafted. High quality service provided by the owner and the staff. Highly recommended for a homely stay.

It has an excellent bengali cuisine and warm hospitality. A must try for bengalis visiting Ravangla. We had a great experience there. Looking forward to visit again.

Hotel view point is a nice place to view kanchanjeungha from the bed. Buddhha park is only 2 km. away.Lock the room no 302. Hirak Nandi is a nice person. Room is neat and clean. You will be provided one electric kettle, coffe pouch, tea bag. You will get iron free of cost. Room heater paying service. I highly recommend this hotel. Cook Joy is a very nice guy.

Hospitality and behaviour of the owner and staff are amazing.bengali foods were served with great care.only rooms were not well decorated .view depends on nature but there is provision to view from balcony
