Not a place for tourists coming for sightseeing. All the standard sightseeing locations are far away. Make my trip mentions it to be in Gangtok, it's a good 100 minutes drive from there. Located away from marketplace. Food choices are limited. The pools are clean. Lock of room was broken. The staff are courteous and helpful and are the only saving grace of the hotel.

June 12 Sunday 2022 about two dozen ladies from Kalimpong including one of my family members went to this resort for a day picnic. They were billed/charged rs 4,000 for a single room for changing purposes and rs 850 each person for lunch. It definitely is not a stopover for any reason whatsoever. It’s a rip off!!

The place and the ambience was quite good but thing I don't like was in the same compound they don't serve snacks and foods however there was no fence whole area was part of the hotel... And Dishes or trays were so dirty couldn't digest the meal properly. I request you to keep clean and hygiene.

Excellent place to hang out . Nice and clean swimming pools .Kids and young could equally enjoy here.Though Foods are not equally of great standard and not with much choice. Though, I wish Management of the resort could give much attention on food choice and standards.

The best part about Sundar resort are its two swimming pools. Priced at Rs 250 per person, it's the ideal outing on a hot, summer day in Majhitar, East Sikkim. Food is also delicious and the service is good. Excellent place to be especially in the summers.
