This is the second oldest hotel in pelling with a view that's unmatched. Pros : 1. Great view of the mountains 2. Polite staff and service 3. Food and room service is great. 4. Decent rooms. Cons: The only thing that bothered us a bit was that the hotel is pretty old and they are yet to change the old blankets and switch boards.
Overall it's a great stay for me and my family ignoring few things.

Location is good, Old style hotel, feels very cold inside, neat and cleanness is poor. Complimentry breakfast is good. Food taste is good. Kanchanjunga view from window is very nice.

The worst hotel. They charged double for a day cause we book through this site. as they are having a middle man when u book through internet. not only that They charged half of the money during cancelation, when we asked them to cancel they confirm us the cancelation later they said they don't have that info to cancel! We had been harrased so not recommended.

Location: bang on. We saw Kanchenjunga from our rooms. Location in Pelling town is also great as there are lot of eateries around. Service: Food is good. Service is a bit delayed.

Good location, but everything else is way too bad.
The architecture is old, but without any maintenance. Which contributes to the damp and shady room ambience, dirty bed sheets and super bad service.
Surviving because of heritage and location, please avoid staying here, it will make your Pelling experience bitter.
