Hotel Snow View On Cloud Nine

Had comfortable stay with family. Spacious and clean family suite room. Good view of the mountains from common balcony. Food in the restaurant was very good. Extremely courteous staff. Special mention for staff member Arun for excellent service.

very nice... room was little bit small but hospitaloty, food n rest service were excellent... also view from our premium room of Mt. Kamchenjunga was awsome and excellent. Overall nice experience n wud like to visit pelling n stay at the same hotel n same room.

Not a great experience.. the room was splendid..got a clear view of Kanchenjunga. But staff is very rude. Service is pathetic. They will offer you free Breakfast but they will make so delay that you will get frustrated andi e out. That is the way they work. Even though the breakfast might be in your package still they will insist you have to inform beforehand. If you don't then spare at least 2 hours for breakfast to be served. And if you do then they will forget and ask you again... you become frustrated and leave. Approx 4 floors are there but no lifts. My advice there are many good hotels nearby..go for them. Once their water pump got damaged, and had to spend the whole night and till 7am without water, which delayed our forward journey. When asked the staff was very very rude and stated we are working what more you need...Hotel Pemasoma just in front of this hotel is quite decent and food is available everytime whereas at Snow valley it is on their mood. Ordered food on first day requested to be served at930 pm., but served at 10pm..owing to party by hotel owner.
My take: Don't go for this hotel...many other hotels are there , better try them.

. We checked in on 02nd October.. If you wish I can share the booking ID also. Check the guest list on the same date. Don't try to divert the reality by putting in frivolous reason.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The food was delicious, a wonderful service with excellent presentation. Each course was well balanced, great textures and flavours.

We particularly enjoyed the atmosphere, which was more informal than expected. Akanksha
(one of the staff) came over to invite us to celebrate Diwali. She has a really lovely character and made us felt at ease and respected. This is reflected in the staff as well, who are incredibly professional and clearly take pride in their work while remaining very personable.

We senior citizen couple had stayed at Snow View on 14th & 15th Oct 22. We occupied room No. 305 with a window overlooking of the Kanchanjhangha, and enjoyed sunrise every morning. Room was specious with all basic amenities.
Food quality is good. Staffs of this hotel are remarkably good and staff were rendered required services at once with smile, Great service experienced from Diwakar, Avril, Akansha. When we returned back to hotel after sightseeing, Dibakar was greet us with warm ginger water. Our blessings with you all.
Basic all toilet fittings is available, I request Mr Sion to upgrade the plumbing fittings comfortably, although our staying was contented & impressive.
This hotel is highly recommended.

The staff were great - helpful, prompt and courteous, special mention to Ms Akanksha for ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The hotel itself was not value for money - the bed and bathroom linen could have been better. Throughout our stay, every morning there was no power (from when we woke up at 6 am to when we went sight seeing at 9 am), which meant no phone charging, no geyser and no warm drinking water in the rooms in the morning. Even on our day of checkout, there was no power when we woke up at 4 am - at 3 degrees, having a shower with cold water every morning isn't what I'd want to do at a hotel. Overall, our stay was average, made bearable only by the good nature of the staff members.

Wonderful stay...... Just loved every moment of stay for two nights. Owners & all the staff are always on their feet to meet every possible need of the guests. Highly recommended. Please go for the back side rooms of the hotel which have mountain views.

I had an amazing experience in Snow View hotel. The staffs are very cordial and always happy to help. Very very polite staff. Ms Pooja from the front desk is a lovely, kind hearted and helpful lady!!!
The rooms are spacious and had all available facilities. The view was great!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and all. During my next visit, i will stay here without giving a second thought!!
