Hotel Manul Inn

Way far from the M G Road. The beds are not clean and they smell. The manager is an ill mannered one. Does not even know how to behave with guests. Food is overpriced and randomly overcharged. They'll tell you one price and they will charge you for another value after you have consumed the food. And worst of all they will not provide you with the bill. No bills at all. Not for the food and certainly not for the stay.

Extremely bad experience. They just cheat people who are lodged in their hotel. No running water facility, negligence in serving food, the hotel staffs behave rudely to the lodgers, demand high charges but hospitality is worst. They demand high charges for sightseeing and other services such as permissions and passes. They also cheated us. They took Rs10000 for visiting a place nathula (52km from Market )in darjeeling which requires (pass) from tourism department.
But even after taking the amount they didn't made the pass and tried to cheat in every respect.

I stayed in the hotel Manul Inn for a long period of 3 years from 2015 to 2018 as Paying guest. During this period I also have some tour packages with my relatives and friends. The arrangements were excellent and professional. The management of the Hotel itself is excellent as I experienced during my long stay of three years. The staff are very much well behaved and cordial. The hotel is having number good spacious and view rooms which may taken as value for money. The food arrangements are very good during my stay.

No one will go to this hotel. The hotel staff is not good. They stole my valuables. But they did not admit it. Their behavior is not good either.The hotel room is not good. Just the opposite of what is shown in the picture. I would say stay away from this hotel.🙏

Most worst Hotel... Dirty washrooms... Unwashed bedsheet bedcover pillows... Televisions are there but those do not work.... Rooms get changed if you travel for a day... Damped walls & foul smell of urine in each rooms... Pls do not visit here..

My stay in hotel manul inn will always be a memorable one. Got a wonderful mountain valley view couple room.staff and manager were excellent. Helped us a lot with every amenities possible through out our trip. 5star for them ❤️

Location was quite good near deltan royal casino over there,tashi view point near about 6 k.m. the hotel was clean all time when we enter the room. Polite behavior from staff. Overall good service...

Off MANUAL INN at Balua Khani Gangtok and there tour partner OM SAI BABA TOURISM situated near NJP Railway station.

Don't take package or rented car through them . They do collaboration with Om Sai Baba Tourism which is situated near NJP railway station. Om Sai Baba, Gangtok tour k liye package bnae the 14000 me hmara hotel manual inn k sath mil k jisme wo changu lake, baba harbhajan, nathula ,lachen , yamthang, lachung , zero point and sightseeing of gangtok include tha but isme se changu lake , baba Harbhajan, nathula, lachen , yamthang , zero point band tha from last fifteen days aur ye om sai baba tourism and manual inn ko pata tha then also they make the package and took full payment. We cover only lachung and sightseeing of gangtok which was of half day tour. They spoiled our whole tour.
They are cheater...
They lie almost at every point off there package...
