Mount Himalayan Hotel & Spa, Gangtok

On my trip to the beautiful city of Gangtok, I decided to stay at the Mount Hotels, and honestly, that was one of the prime factors for me to fall in love with this gorgeous city, and its people! I was just in awe of nature with all its glory that could be so vividly witnessed from the balcony of my room, the terrace of the hotel and even the breakfast area, each offering a different and spectacular perspective! Coming to the rooms, they are cosy, clean and so aesthetic, and not to mention offer great views of the picturesque valley surrounded by the majestic Himalayan range. The hospitality of the staff members, the helpful and amicable attitude of the manager and the attendants truly won over my heart! Lastly, being a foodie I can attest to the fact that they have a vast selection of delectable yet pocket friendly food items belonging to a wide array of cuisines! Honestly, I can't wait to be back here soon.

Really loved the hospitality and service from the management and the staffs.
The food was extremely good, kudos.
Ample parking space available, plus it's on the main road catch a taxi won't be a problem.
Highly recommended for party and dinner booking.

Nice and comfortable hotel about 5km from city centre. Rooms overlooking valley, good amenities. Service was very good. Minor observations related to wear/tear in the room, but overall a wonderful hotel.

Our stay here was very pleasant and hassle-free. The service provided by the manager and food service provided by Mr.Sudarshan was exceptional.
Since we had booked deluxe rooms, we were expecting room heaters to be included with the room. But we had to pay extra for the same. So i would like to deduct 0.5stars from the rating.

We stayed for 3 nights at Mount Himalaya with our toddler and must say it was a pretty good experience for us. Not a lavish/luxurious one, but a very calm and peaceful one with not much of the tourist hassle presence.

1. The View - We chose the Deluxe room with Balcony because the mountain view from this room in the morning and evening is breathtakingly beautiful.
2. The Service - Really really good! Each of the hotel employee takes good efforts in fulfilling your requirements and does that with a happy face. Special kudos to the Manager(Viroj I guess) for the wonderful hospitality and kindness.
3. The Food - Though there was no buffet as was mentioned when booking and there was Same menu everyday for the breakfast, everything tasted amazing and very evident that they use such quality products. Dinner menu was also really good. Overall, the food was also of great quality and tasted really really good.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Mount Himalaya and would choose them again for the wonderful hospitality, good food and great view!

Everything is as expected. Place,ambiance, service all are very good. Only thing I could suggest if wifi strength is little bit high inside the room. Otherwise it is great place to stay. Everyone is very cordial and cooperative.

Hotel ambience was awesome, all staff were cooperative. food was good. We will like to stay once more in next visitdefinately.
