I love my stay experience in the resort Reesum Food is good Staff is helpful Manager was also good Breakfast had varieties Rooms were large and comfortable Outside views is very nice The resort was very close to mountain for adventure Overall resort performance is very good

I Visited this place while my tour to North East They have good quality food with all varieties available and the resort service is fast and round the clock The carpet and beds were quite clean The location is easily accessible and within reach to nearby markets and shopping areas I had an amazing stay here

Me and my some friends went Sikkim in a collage tour to enjoy the mountain We enjoyed the mountain very much Location is wonderful stone throw distance from the mountain The staff was very helpful to suggest the mountain and resort restaurant Staff were friendly The room was comfortable for us It offers us room heater fan light TV and other facilities The attach bathroom has the facilities of hot water The restaurant was neat and clean Food was fresh All time food were available Next time I must visit this resort

The resort located near to the city The ambiance of the resort was clean and fully covered with trees The interior and exterior of the resort was very well decorated The staff at the resort were kind and polite The check in and check out process was done on time The room which they allotted to me was spacious and comfortable The amenities in the room were worked well The hot and cold water facility was provided The laundry service was not there at the resort The view from window was not so good The Wi Fi facility was not provided by the resort The food facility was good and the price was affordable The quality and quantity were so good The activity like swimming pool gym spa etc Was not arranged by the resort Overall stay at the resort was good and value for money I would like to visit this resort again I would like to recommend this resort for other travellers

Best accommodation in Rinchenpong, having great view of snow picked Mount Kanchengangha range. Foods, snacks and package drinking water are available at the resort. The resort is consisting of one multistored building having restaurant at ground floor. Rooms with pictures view are in first floor onwards. The cottages are in mountain slope, having amazing feeling of nature. Rinchenpong market and Monstry are within 400 mts.

The WORST hotel/Resort in rinchenpong. Don't know how can this be a resort. This cannot be considered to b a hotel even. They are themselves confused whether this is a hotel or resort. Only one old lady is there to welcome you, to cook your food. The owner is not available and is probably staying back in Kolkata and giving instructions from there over the phone to the old lady. There is no staff available though the owner claims this to be a hotel/Resort. You have to carry your own luggage to the rooms located in 3rd floor or any other place. Rooms are extremely small, shabby, congested lacking basic amenities. Door lock of some rooms are not functioning properly. Geyser not working. Toilet flush not working in our previous allotted room. There is no room heater despite you are being charged Rs 3000 for one night. Tv not functioning. No intercom. No hotel staff to receive ur call at urgency. The old lady who is the manager cum cook does not know anything. There is no as such view from window/balcony. The hotel /Resort do not have any menu card. They are charging Rs 80 for one egg curry in day and Rs70 at night. They say, they will serve complimentary breakfast. But afterwards they denied it. In each and every moment u will have a perception that they are doing favor by letting u stay at their deemed hotel or resort . So at the end of everything the worst and worthless hotel I have ever endured in my life. Plz don't waste ur money by staying in this shabby place.

Great place. Great view from the window. Rooms and bathrooms are very neat and clean..
The host is a teacher, and her hospitality is worth to mention. We were the only tourist at that time and she left the entire hotel open for us.
Very homely experience.

This is probably the best hotel in Rinchenpong. The staff is too good and treats you like a family member. Everybody is soft speaking and well behaved. The prices are reasonable and worth it. The resort has beautiful cottages and a building, that you can start your morning with the Kanchenjunga view every morning. I would suggest all of you to try this hotel. You won't regret! Thank you Reesum Resort for the making my stay so memorable and beautiful.
