Very good atmosphere. Polite and helpful staff. Beautiful view of Mount Kanchanzangha from hotel room. Rooms are enough spacious, neat and clean. Food quality was good. Only disadvantage is that there is no lift. Recommend.

This hotel was very beautiful and food it was amazing like a home food and staff so much helping and caring. CHEF SAGAR was made amazing food for us and receptionist smriti was very friendly,and Mr Pukar and mon dorjee was very good services and Mr Peter Manger was very good and friendly. And hk department binay yogita was very good working.

I had a wonderful experience at the Dream villa . Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pelling-Sikkim. I would like to thank every staff members at the hotel but few names i would like to highlight are Binay (front desk), Mandaja and Priyanka (service), Sagar and Ankit (Kitchen) and finally Upash- leader who leads the team by perfect example of guest satisfaction.

Cost benefit ratio is very high.
1.Infrastructure is good.
2.Location is 5 mins drive from centre.
3.Staffs are very helpful and supportive ( Service staffs are very friendly and helpful Mandorjee , Priyanka and Pukar)
4.Foods are awesome. You don't need to step out. (Sagar, Aniket and Bijay)
5.Front office support staff Binay is also very helpful
6.executive Upash is very friendly.

I paid approx 5.5k for 2 nights for this amazing hotel.

Wonderful experience. Mandorji and Priyanka provided courteous and helpful service. The cuisine was excellent, and I'm still hankering after Chef Aniket & Sagar's daal. The captain Upash, meantime, was friendly & Pleasant. Must stay place.
