Clean medium sized room and bathroom. 24hr hot water. Cooks are new so i would stick to common dishes. No rooms have fans or ac so ask for mosquito repellent if u want to open windows. Staff is polite and room service is good.

Rooms were just ok type. Bathrooms are small, flushes were defective and geyser was not working properly. Ward boys were good and well behaved. Foods just ok. Power interruption is frequent. Kanchanjungha view is a misnomer. Not well maintained. Charges were more than the facilities provided.

One of the third class hotels I ever seen in my life. They gave food in disposal plates. Do not send ever anyone in the Golden Group of Hotels. I have given it a 5 star rating so that it will show in top of the review list.

The hotel is situated in lower pelling.. very limited shops and restaurants. The staff could provide proper attention to the visitors. We were given the old building and it goes with the name, no basic facilities for light in rooms and other facilities as well. The buffet breakfast provided was not good either. Won't suggest any one for this hotel. The only thing good was the approach to the hotel is flat and easy.

Quite good place to visit. Lucky to get kanchanjunga view from window in morning...Nice place. Food quality was best under the team leader Mr. Asit..Food and service gets Five star rating from my side..Very good and well mannered staff..

Excellent stay had an good food nad hospitality by complete staff of the hotel. Subashna rai the manager support us during the minor unwelness to arrange medicine and alternate remides in few minutes evevn in small town. Thank you the team.

We put up at Golden Sunrise, Pelling in the second half of December 2021.
The hotel is situated in lower Pelling, just 100 meters away from a fantastic view point of Mt Kanchenjunga. If weather is clear, you can just get up in the morning and walk to this view point to get a majestic sunrise view of the Himalayas.
The hotel has 02 sections, and we were put up in the new building. The view from our hotel windows was magnificent! Full Kanchenjunga range was visible as we opened our windows.
The rooms were very clean and big and washrooms were also super clean, with continuous hot water. The hotel staff were courteous and the buffet food was super tasty. WiFi was also good and the hotel staff provided us with room heaters.
The USP of this hotel is the view from its rooms, don't miss the chance!
