Pros: Very clean & spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Food - average. We ordered Chinese cuisine. Value for money for budget travelers.

Cons: No generator backup. We had a power cut during the night, and there was no hot water in the morning.
No car parking. It's a very narrow lane. Stopping the car in front of the hotel to board or alight can be difficult.

Visited this place a year ago but always it slipped my mind to put a review. The hosts Pravina and her husband are excellent in hospitality and management. We were a family group of 11 people and although there was a space crunch they accomodated us very well with extra beds and amenities. The food was superb, with veggies picked from their own farm. They have a rooftop with Foosball and table tennis where you can chill in the evening with a pint of beer or two. Cool place, cool people. Definitely worth a stay!

Rooms are excellent and neat.spacious beds.big rooms.hot water geyser available. Food was excellent.good job by cook Michael lepcha.staffs are friendly and helpful.owners praveena and husband wangchoo was very much involved in the hotel business and very much available.great view from room and also the terrace.restaurant available and currently painting work going on.overall excellent.

I along with my family enjoyed staying there. Staffs were very polite. The rooms were neat and clean.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, rooms are well maintained, staffs are very helpful and well behaved, location is good easily you can go at MG road.

We stayed here for two days. This place is well located with easy conveyance to MG marg throughout the day, place with good ambience an very supportive staff at the place.

It was a great experience 😀.The owner was so friendly and co-operative..Rooms were good for the price, was neat and clean, staff was polite...Thanks Prawina ❤️for making our visit to Florence that much better.

The view from hotel location is very beautiful. The owners are very helpful and take care of all services themselves. The food was awesome. Rooms are neat and clean. Location is near to MG Road. The behavior of staffs are also good. You can't find such rooms at cheaper price. Owners are very friendly and take care of your whole journey and provide best suggestion through out your whole trip. My recommendation is that if you find rooms in this hotel just book it.
