Location is awfully far from main market. You can't walk from hotel to market, taxi is the only option which isn't always available since its little remote. Rooms are really nice and spacious, food is not so good, Window view is average. You have to be careful with the room key since the hotel doesn't had spare/master key of many rooms. Apart from that service and amenities are nice including gyser, wifi, room service.

Fulfilled my expectations. This is a nice place to stay in Gangtok. Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are with good view, infact the only hotel in my Sikkim tour which was as shown in pictures. Management is friendly and food quality is good. They have heaters available without any charge. Bathrooms are spacious and hot water supply is always available. Helipad and mountains are right outside window.

Its offers unlimited travel packages to their customers at an affordable cost. The hotel rooms are luxurious and are decorated with all kinds of modern facilities and state of the art amenities. Nice hotel but too far from city centre. If you want to stay away from city husle then this is the perfect choice for you. Back side of the hotel is a helipad. The hotel's food is very good but its too costly. Other than that the hotel has a restaurant as well which again is clean and good. The management is also good. All the hotel staffs are good.

Infrastructure is good and staff is well behaved, You can have direct view of kanchanjunga from your room, it's at a calm place almost 4km away from MG Marg, Has a parking space which can accommodate almost 4cars, A bit away from city, but very peaceful place, Food is a bit expensive but delicious.

Excellent place to stay and enjoy your holiday. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. The place is very secure and has a very nice view. There are lots of food variety available and very tasty. Surely, recommend everyone who visit Gangtok.
