Hotel rooms need renovation. No views from room. Bed mattress was so bad that couldn't sleep properly. Also hurt my leg with sharp corner of bed. Food was moderate. Better to go MG Road for food. Main road not far but very steep gradient. Hotel better only for halt stay. Lift wasn't working.

We where there in the month of August 22, it was near to Mall Road. Our stay was great. Room was exectly as shown in the picks. Facilities like Pest, Brush,Soap, Sleepers, Packaged Driniking water, hot water were provided there. Spring matters were so relaxable that we feel heavenly. And finaly the breakfast it was so amaging and delicious. We enjoyed our stay a lot at a reasonable price. Thanks to the staff and owner

Rooms are big & confortable,, food is really good too.. but this place doesn't offer any views from rooms as it is surrounded by buildings however short stay can be pleasant

Hotel location is good near to MG marg just walking distance. room is average. Hotel roof top is very good for to view whole gangtok city and kanchenjungha view in morning. resturant staff is very king and co operative and food service is best. and food is pure veg so good taste.

It was really a great stay for us.. Rooms was well maintained and clean. Room service was excellent and the breakfast was LAJWAB. we really loved the place as it is 10 mn walking distance from MG marg and the view from roof top was beautiful. Will recommend to my family n friends to stay there during sikkim visit.

It's a good property, the rooms were clean and the staff were hospitable. The food was good too. However the location isn't that great as it's 400m down from MG marg and one might find it difficult to get a Taxi from there. There is no view from the room as well. The property offered adjacent rooms and hence it served our purpose to stay together

Maintained and clean rooms. We had our anniversary the next day we checked in so my husbsnd requested their staff to keep cake in their fridge (which my husband was ready to go and buy) and just bring it to room around 12am... But staff even refused to cooperate post 9pm... Rest food and rooms were good...

Great reception, varied choices of breakfast, clean rooms and very friendly and forthcoming staff. It ticked the boxes of what we all needed for our stay 👍
