Overall it was a good memorable experience spending time there.
Scope of Improvement:
1. Washrooms are outdated, renovation is must.
2. They charged Rs.250 each for breakfast, but options were very less in that.
3. We called Hotel for booking they gave us someone number and we booked the hotel & paid full that time. At Checkout time reception gave me just the bill of additional food. They told me to take bill of booking from that guy only.
Thats illogical, it seems that they are doing booking from 3rd party person. But I should get the bill from reception only.
The major plus point of the hotel is the location as all major areas and tourist spots, restaurants etc. are easily accessible.
We thought the location was perfect. There’s great food just outside the hotel and it’s in between all the major attractions.
The hotel itself is super cute. We stayed in a decorated room as well as a regular one (due to availability and last-minute changes in our plans). We preferred the regular room, but if you’re into the decorations for an occasion then that could still be a good option for you. As others have noted, the bathrooms are a bit dated (the showers, mostly) but we didn’t mind. They work just fine.
We also found the service to be really good! Everyone was very kind to us and accommodating when we needed to adjust our reservation on short notice due to a change in travel plans. They accommodated our check-in and check-out, which were both in the wee hours of the morning.
Overall, the hotel is a great value and I would recommend staying here. This is a really great spot for travelers who like to spend a lot of time out in town, but also like to have a nice spot to come back to.

I really didn’t want to have to leave a bad review because my stay was quite nice. I even waited over a month to post a review hoping that the hotel would resolve this issue. But they have not, so here I am. Because they make you pay before you arrive (odd practice, but alright), I accidentally wound up overpaying 20,000 rupees. They were very nice and said processing a refund wouldn’t be a problem… Except it apparently is. I reluctantly gave them my bank information to process the refund, but then they responded asking for my Indian account information. I don’t have an Indian account, and even humored them by trying to see if I could get set up on any Indian payment sites. It’s simply not possible without an Indian phone number, etc. 20,000 rupees is not a small amount of money, and if you’re going to do business with international customers and their various cards/accounts, you should have the facilities to properly serve them. That’s all.
