Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort and Spa

Stayed in this hotel for a week. Absolutely classy and comfortable. The staff, tight from the entry point, to Front Office to Restaurant to Room Service to House Keeping, everyone of them is very courteous,
considerate and helpful.Well maintained, very much a Five Star. Ideal venue for Conferences & Conventions and Marriages. Restaurant offers excellent food. Will happily recommend this to my friends.

Amazing property and great value for money… splendid view add up to the castles beauty. Such a cooperative staff. Tiyasha is a wonderful member and helped us a lot. She really was very amazing. Looking forward to come here again.

Is was a good experience. My feedback are ; need some changes in landscaping specially surrounding area of swimming pool. There is no sound proof room as mentioned in website. Food Items should be more in dinner time. Although all staff are very very good. Services are amazing really.

Radisson Blu palace is located in Fateh Sagar area, overlooking the lake. The property is huge, lavish and speaks royalty in every way. The rooms are spacious with bathtubs. Breakfast spread is decent. Service is good and accomodating. In the evening they have cultural program as well. Puppet show and folk music with dance. During our stay all the guests were very friendly and we made good friends/ acquaintances during this program. The suite rooms are under renovation but I overlooked the area and it seemed beautiful. can't wait to book the suite rooms next time. Only one scope of improvement would be the bathrooms. The common ones in the lobby were filthy dirty. and the ones in the rooms need some upgradation with the fittings. But overall a wonderful stay.

Rooms : Very Comfortable, large, spacious. Bathrooms have bathtubs. Clean rooms with clean upholstery.

Food : High standard. Price is reasonable. Although spread is limited, preparation, portion and taste is very good.

Property : A little away from the city,but best in class for leisure. If u are planning to relax then this is the place you should be staying.

Staff : Professional and very courteous.
We enjoyed our stay. Even extended our stay for a day.

Service was top-notch with very nice hospitality from the staff. They made sure all our needs were met and were always very courteous and polite. The room service was of good quality and the complete property looks lavish and grand. A must have experience for your trips, will feel like you're staying in a palace.

1. Ambience is Perfect. Vibe is really awesome as we got a room upgrade. You can see both mountains and Lake and the whole Udaipur from the room itself.
2. Services are top notch as this is Radisson. They know how to serve best.
3. Property is in the heart of the city near Fatehsagar lake and everything is within 3-4 kms of the property premises.
4. Breakfast is decent. You have good options however menu remains more or less the same everyday.
5. Staff is professional and quite cooperative, however sometimes you can expect delays in the expected request.

It was very much okay stay! we were there to celebrate our anniversary which was informed to them priorly by email for which I did not get any response, room is suboptimal for the price they charge, they dont have sound proof room so you can here continous noise from next room even furniture movement from next room, for every room service I had to call atleast twice. About bath facilities we had to ask for bathtub which was already mention at the time of check in then had to change room after few mins later, had to call for bathrobes and other basic aminities. A wedding event was going on side so they were understaff or not sure what but did not get the radisson service that I was expecting.
Only good thing was their f&b services, we were served excellently by staff and manager of their roof top restaraunt! overall experience can be improved if they pay more attention!
