Jain Royal Hotel

Been to the hotel. Hotel owner is very well behaved. It feels like home. Near to the station, well maintained and hygienic. Very cost effective if you have work for few or more days in Kota. Overall, It was a good experience and owner is helpful in every regard. It's a new hotel, so everything seems new and homely.

Services and staffs are very good. Price is very reasonable (250–300rs/ day). Must visit this place, specially for those people who are new in Kota.

Room is very small and whole room is covered with a double bed and also washroom is very small and it become very congested and clumsy in the room to do any work, but in this price range of ₹400 its ok ok

Its was not worth it, I left the room without 10 hrs, regretted to stay there the rooms are suffocating, dirty, bottle of alcohols, tobacco products, etc. Try other hotels but please not this one.

Close to the railway station, walkable distance, friendly management, low cost - these are the positive things. On the other hand, negative points are - the building is old and not clean, room is small and congested, toilet is not clean, you have the company of rats, poor maintenance.

a good place to stay in Kota, on a very economical rates, nearby Kota junction.
the staff is nice and behaves like family.
I liked the place and will always come here whenever I get to and will also suggest people to stay here.

hotel very near to railway station. value for price. hotel owner behaviour is too good. common refrigerator, tv, cooler were provided. hotel is also very neat and clean!

Thus hotel is near by station inside the market.

Room is ok one can stay here comprising with facilities. But with 250/- is good.

Somehow is congested and small room.

But overall is ok with 250/-.
