Vesta Bikaner Palace

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. They have limited items in the buffet for breakfast (might be due to the off season), but the taste of food is good. The food is over expensive and would highly recommend to visit nearby dhabas/restaurant for dinner/lunch. The location is very favorable as it is just besides NH-11 and not very far from the city center.

Good place for leisure and hotel stay. But if you want to visit Bikaner , I will give it thumbs down owing to its location. Food is ok but breakfast was bad. No taste in pohe and idly were too tight. Huge scope of improvement there.

The exterior is very ornate. It suffers from the same problem that all 3-star places in India seem suffer from, lack of ongoing maintenance. The pool had algae growing so unusable. Restaurant was nice, but place mats needed cleaning. Breakfast was hot, decent variety. Lots of parking on the grounds. Laundry service is 11 to 11, hence not same day service.

Very old property not maintained, no variety in breakfast same breakfast on second day I think previous day leftover they served. Restaurant very costly water bottle is Rs 100/- which cost outside Rs 20/-. Basic amenities of bathroom not provided. cost cutting seen everywhere. Please do not think of this hotel at all worst experience

Location of the hotel is very far from the main city. Good if you want to stay away from the city but very costly if you want to be in touch with the main city as taxi charges around INR 1000 -1200 from the hotel which is quite high for a distance of 12 to 13 km.

Rooms were highly well maintained and the restroom was very clean. The temperature was in single digits last night and they provided a small personal heater kept the room cozy for 8+ hours of sleep.

Plenty of center space in the hotel gave a royal ambience which is a plus.

For breakfast, they provided south Indian Idly, Sambar and Chutney which was really good along with other continental breakfast items.
Service team helped loading and unloading the baggage. Highly recommended to stay

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel, with open courtyards, spacious rooms, big lawn in front and ample parking. The best part was excellent room service. The food just mediocre.
An extra star for very courteous staff and super room service.
