Location of hotel is good but rooms of hotel are not clean and smelling very bad. There are so many insects are roaming in all rooms. Bed sheet, pillow cover and blankets are not clean. Soap and towels were not provided in the hotel rooms. I had reserved a two double bed room but they did not have any double bed room available at the time of my check in and they wanted to shift me to a single room with four beds. On my refusal, they provided me two four-bed rooms. But same day at 8 pm I was again shifted to another double beded room. Due to which I had to face a lot of trouble.

Worst Hotel Ever in my life I never stayed this type hotel .
There is no proper staff , Rudley behaviour, Manager also was not supportive.
My baby's tifin has been given for wash and never back to us it was misplaced from them and suddenly staff was on leave and he was not using the Phone as well.
In future I never recommend this hotel to others no cable network no amenities nothing was there room also smelly.

Excellent , At such a huge discounted rate 💙💙💙 Our family ladies group went on a group travel, just with one call Hotel arranged the best stay and food is super awesome, Out of way Mr Kamlesh arranged our Jaipur hotel as well and that is also equally best.
We are not frequent ajmer visitors but this has become our final every timeytime we will visit in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality.

I booked hotel on call for my family. They said if I book hotel on call so the check in time would be flexible, so i did. But they made us wait for 50 mins, and instead of two rooms for which I have paid in advance they gave us a single 4 bed room. Hotel rooms and food were good but The guys on reception were too rude.

""DONT STAY HERE!!!!"" Terrible hotel. Worst experience. rude staff. Good thing is its location. Not at all guest friendly place to be. Worst hotel and service i have ever experienced in my entire life. The bed linen and towels didn't look fresh. There were dirty stains and cockroaches in the room like someone spit gutka or paan something over there and very bad smell in there environment even you can't breathe. The tea cups/food plates were also dirty. Food was delivered after ordering 3 or 4 times. The staff must all hate their jobs !!!THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!

I want everyone who’s planning to stay here listen to this very carefully. Please don’t stay in this hotel ever. I checked in yesterday at around 8 here because near the busy stand there was this auto vala Mukesh, who asked me to stay here because there are great rooms and all appreciation. We did because well we were burdened with lies. Then we went and we were very very clearly told that we had to pay 2000 for two days and that’s the only reason I stayed and paid. Then I was given room no 201, which has pathetic network and WiFi and everyone else was given great rooms to which when we complained, the manager and the executives at the reception talked extremely rudely stating” mam hum kuch nahi kar Saket har kamre m network aa rha h” to which I thought, let it be even when I’m a working professional in a big consulting firm. The next day when we were checking out and were to pay the bill for the tea which we took we were given a completely new information, that for two days it’s “””4,0000”””” that very second I realised these guys scammed us. The auto vala Mukesh who very clearly told us it’s 2000 for two days, turned his back and so did the executive.
Now all the civilised people coming from abroad or delhi and Gurgaon specifically make sure that you don’t stay in this hotel. Dargah Sharif is a very pure place and I for one knew the SP of Ajmer because I have my contacts but then what could have they done?
I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. Very bad management. Dirty toilet, flush does not work in it. When I told that to the manager, he didn't even mind. As Ajmir is a pilgrimage center, they have a lot of offline customers coming there, that's why they don't give a preference to customers.

Great food taste, service is prompt, staff is courteous. Best hotel to stay with family and just walking distance from dargah sharif.
