Good response from the Reception people. Room service was good but waited for little long time. Rooms were neat and clean. Stayed there for 3 days and 2 night. Helped me to get a 2 wheeler. Since it was long weekend and demand was there, prices were risen on particular day, anyway throughout pondicherry everyone is doing this, but wanted to mention this. Allowed for early check in with 500 extra pay. Totally paid 5k for stay alone. Provided plates and water bottle every time when asked for. Overall good one for family, couples.. Little bit interior to the city.

Excellent service... Very neat and well cleaned.. compact and safe for family visit.. excellent infrastructure for the search of good & budget friendly multi day stays... Very friendly staffs.. mainly all the tourist spots are very near to this residency

The Rooms were Clean and Hygenic.
The Manager was customer friendly.
They have tie up with Rented bike providers. We took 2 of those bikes and roamed Inside Pondicherry.
This hotel is near by to Rock beach,french colony, Restaurants and all other places due its presence in Prime Location.
Overall we enjoyed the Stay here.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during my vacation to Pondicherry. Overall my experience was not good for the money we spent.

Its location is close to JN road for shopping, Rock Beach, French colony

Rooms are compact in size. Bedsheets and blankets which were used had lot of stains and not cleaned properly, I had to get them replaced after checkin. Even the bed was making noise when we move while sleeping.

Water in bathroom and washbasin was very salty. It was very difficult to use that water for brushing teeth. Pillows which were provided were not comfortable.
Intercom not working, so got that replaced. Their service is not good, when we checked in, they did not provide towels, had to ask them couple of times next day to get those. Surprisingly the room was not cleaned 2nd day and when asked they said that we need to handover the key of we want to get the room cleaned, which was never informed to us while checkin. Bathroom shower was just opposite to the door, so while bathing all water was seeping into the room from bottom of the door.

Can suggest this hotel for short stay but not for long stay.

While booking they said it's near the beach. It wasn't a fact. Beach is about 1.5 kms. They don't have a kitchen, not even a morning cup of tea.
The receptionist exceeded his brief by asking me for advance payment which I did. Worst customer service

We were extremely shocked and disappointed on seeing the room directly compared to pictures. The standard rooms here are quite smaller than usual. The property looks new but the bedsheets and bed is not first class and clean. We had to keep insisting them to clean it. They don't have much resources to operate everything. Either 1 or 2 person is available to take care of everything from reception to house keeping and parking. They have parking space for 3-4 cars in total. They have to be keep shuffling if another car needs to be taken out. Found it difficult to go ask them for keys every single time. The water from bathroom flows inside the bedroom on taking shower. We were expecting a little more care and hospitality for the price paid. It has potential to serve better if taken good steps and better care.

I stay for 3 days during my visit to Pondicherry.I was very disappointed with the hospitality. Room was quite small and smelly. Bed-sheet was not clean. Pillow was not comfortable and a bad smell was coming from it.
