Room and location is good as per the price. But their resturant is one of the worst. Service is very poor. Taste is normal. And they dont have proper parking. Overall 3 Star just for location and room.

Better avoid.

They will let u check in at 12am. Check out time at 11am. Breakfast provided by them was stomach filling.

The service people working there were new I guess, the hotel management can provide them training on service providing.
On the whole had a good stay there.

Overall hotel stay was pleasant. Rooms are only standard type, (no delux or superior rooms available as shown). Food was good enough. Good service with wifi facility.

The hotel is maintained clean and well. Staff are friendly and responded whenever necessary with polite.
It was a good stay. Most of the places in Pondicherry are near by min 4Kms. There is no problem for parking as there is enough space to park 2 to 3 cars inside and others can easily park outside.

Room good.i had taken my 80year old mother for a wedding near to the hotel.The hot water facility was not working and they don't have 24hours house keeping.Had to take bath in cold water.other than that no other problem.reception desk was very good

The stay was very good. Staff are well responsive and friendly. Recommended for couples and friends trips. Has propwr parking space for two to three four wheelers. Also cars can be parked outside. Its right along main road, it makes this place easily accessible and convenient stay. Most of the spots are equidistant. Can contact reception for two wheeler rent option.

Rooms are okish, considering the price they are good. Parking is a huge risk as most of the time it is on the curb. The staff will offer to monitor the vehicle, but I'm still sceptical. Risk parking if you're not early. Seems parking is first come first serve.

Hotel rooms are average but i would say better than Oyo rooms and FAB hotels. Washrooms are well maintained. So giving 4 as overall rating.
