Property is located nearly 3km away from Karaikal beach just 10minutes by car and to tarangambadi beach is nearly 15 to 20 minutes from the property. Not so many amenities but the property contains main and common facilities and located just next to veg and non veg restaurants. Room service is awesome.

Room is neat but not all the room.I booked a two rooms and one is neat and clean everything was work fine but another one is not clean and found some hair in a bed and no AC remote.So which is budget friendly and very near to bus stand.

Very near to busstand. Car parking less space. No clean toilets. Ac will switch off in day time. Room charge Rs 990

I have been staying for many years when ever I come to offer prayers in my kuladivam temple...Now it has become horrible....Nil service. Rooms and sheets are used not washed.... Reception guy is non doing anything....Better avoid. The closet is placed very low...

Worst room, it is not cleaned properly. Blankets are not changed. Worst and rude behaviour from the front desk executive. It is not a hotel to stay for any one. Particularly NOT for FAMILY!!

Taste wise Average... Atmosphere ok... Cost not worthy... Overall just ok.

About 200 metres away from Karaikal busstand.

3. Rooms (Those who well know about travelling. For them rooms look average)
4. Hot water available
5. TN and Pondicherry, even India is facing trouble with drinking water. So you have to buy drinking water
6. Washrooms look average for the regular travellers
