Rooms are spacious and well maintained, Staff is very polite and responsive and the hotel is near to many of the good locations and easy access to the market for all the essentials. Located in the market area and can enjoy street shopping , plus access to many branded shows at walkable distance. Breakfast is served was tasty.

The only con is the room was not cleaned everyday, we stayed for 2 days and non of the day the rooms was cleaned. Rest everything is good.

Perfect stay for a family trip. The room is really spacious at an affordable cost. Veeras residency is closer to multiple tourist spots . The staffs are very polite and easily approachable. Private car parking and wifi facilities are available. Had a good trip experience with family and my kids really enjoyed the stay. I will definitely suggest this place for my friends and families ...

Nice location and nice rooms. Service is very good. Parking is available.
Prices are a little high but manageable.
The only thing is that I asked for cold water but they had only normal which is not drinkable in hot weather.

Had a pleasant experience staying here for 2 nights. It's a new property at walkable distance from rock beach, has enough parking space. Deluxe rooms were spacious, neat & clean. South Indian Speciality Breakfast was also tasty for a it's complimentary including room tariff cost. Staff behaviour was very nice, polite and helpful. Mr. Gopalkrishna very gentle person. Always supportive to help people and give us proper information about places and food.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Very neat and tidy place. New building, so feels good.

People here are very cordial and provides good service. They are arranging two wheeler also.

Deluxe rooms were spacious, neat & clean. Breakfast was provided on time and the food taste is awesome. The staffs were very polite and easily approachable. Car parking and wifi facilities are available.They have a RO water facility and quick room service available.

Accommodation was as advertised. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. We were with senior citizens with limited mobility and staff were very helpful and caring. Location is central and beach, markets a 5-10 min walk. White town too a few mins walk.
The only lack was breakfast was served in the room and there was no table, not enough plates, spoons etc. A few more chairs and a small folding table would have made breakfast as a family much better.

We booked triple bed, two rooms. Front office staff was polite and gave us the option of 24hrs check in check out facility. Rooms were clean, beautiful and comfortable. We had nice stay. It's situtated in d city easy access to shopping and restaurants. Car parking facility, drinking water and hot water geezer was also available. Good service too
