Located in middle of city, ideal place to be rented by location. The rooms are nicely maintained although charge might seem on little higher side. The major issue was of service levels. Too many un necessary restrictions ruin the overall enjoyment one needs to experience on a lesiure trip. I mean what is point of not giving plates in room and charging for it or not allowing even food delivery at reception ...etc etc

Good hotel right in the middle of the city. Rooms were neat. Service was good. Best thing is that the staff is always looking for feedback as to how can they make customer experience better. Good job guys.

Amazing experience. We stayed there for 4Nights and almost had a trouble free stay. For morning breakfast they also provided jain options which is quite appreciable. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean and service is good too but nothing extraordinary . Pool is amazing and has great depth for a hotel pool. Gym is small but does the job. The location is not very close to french colony or rock beach but its not that far if you have activa . Overall value for money hotel.

Good hotel in Puducherry. Located in the busy street. Not very expensive.
Well maintained hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Working amenities like TV, wifi, shower etc
The owners have made heavy investment in the interiors. Variety of artwork, murals etc. Sometimes found it overwhelming.
The room service is efficient. The in-house restaurant is good.
The front desk is very helpful.
The parking is a little limited.
Overall an excellent hotel in this small town

One of the finest banquet hall experience . Close your eyes and book your halls. They are very cooperate and helpful. I really enjoyed the full preparations and food is very tasty . I would be coming back again here.

It's a nice Hotel and in the heart of the City. The staff there at the Annamalai Hotel is very cooperative and friendly. It's a non smoking hotel and person who wishes to smoke, then he / she has to come down to smoke as there is no any dedicated place for smoking. Good at the Hotel Restaurant is average and the most annoying part was the Breakfast menu which was same for my 3 days of stay at the Hotel. Overall it was a good hotel stay.

Good attractive decoration.
But, cost is high.
We can get a beer in outside 180 rupees
But, inside annamalai it will costs 300+

Located in the city. Rooms are very spacious. Big and clean bathroom. Breakfast buffet was average. Swimming pool isn't in the condition to use. Avoid kids pool since it has damaged floor and nobody informed us earlier and my kid got hurt. Adult pool was dirty since it's rooftop and you can see many pigeons feathers in the pool.
