The hotel is ideally located, with all the major tourist spots at a 5 -10 min distance. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The staff is very courteous and humble. Our host Mr.Vicky helped us throughout the stay with bike rentals, auto to the bus stand and allowing us to keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Overall a very great place to stay in Pondicherry at an affordable price.

The room is just ok, not at all up to the standard expected from this price range. Parking is a nightmare as it's on the main road and is very difficult to get a free spot. All attractions are walkable. The cleanliness in photos posted by the hotel is not seen in rooms. Breakfast options are less but dosa was good

Very close to most of the places, you can save bike rent cost if you stay here. Rooms are clean but not great. Breakfast was awesome. Room has wifi connectivity.
I recommend you to find some other hotel if you are planning to go by own vehicle. Hotel doesn't provide any parking facility and your vehicle parked road side will be scratched to maximum extent possible.

The experience was great. Room and bathroom was clean and hygienic. The room was cute and comfortable. It has a roof top restaurant and the food was awesome. Location was perfect for market and for beach. It was surrounded by local market as well as top brand shops. I highly recommend this place.

Location is the best part of this hotel. I was able to cover nost of the attraction in pondi within 1 day as this is located centrally. French colony is just walkable from here. Rooms are quite big for 2 adults and 1 kid. Staff is helpful and helped me to plan my day visit as well.
Pure vegetarian food option is A2B which is just 2 mins walk from this hotel.
Complimentary breakfast was good and served on the open terrace.

Very clean rooms and washrooms, super cooperative and helpful staff. The breakfast was very tasty. The place is not equipped with luxurious facilities but it proves to be a very comfortable stay at a great location (3 mins walk to rock beach)

First thing was very surprise, how Treebo can consider this property as 3 star hotel. it was an old home converted to hotel. No lift facility was available.
Only 1 staff was available in hotel for room service and same was handling queries at reception.
I reached hotel at 12PM. I have booked 3 rooms, no room was ready for me. Basic personal care things which was provided only after I asked them. even towels were provided when I asked them.
Also there was no parking available.
Only one thing was good which is location of this property.

Pros( not many) 1. Staff behaviour and that is all. 2. Wifi worked well.
Cons: 1. The room was not at all well maintained and it was full of mosquitoes. 2. I was upset that after charging 10k per night we get 1 bottle water worth 20 rupees and cant have another. 3. No toiletries were given. We had to ask for it. 4. Poor quality and dirty towels given. We had to literally explain what is a clean towel. Replacements were given but the same condition prevailed. 5. The bed was terrible and two single beds were joined to make a double bed. 6. The tables were granite tables which cannot be moved. 7. There was only 1 tube and 1 table lamp which was not enough lighting. No night lamps provided. 8. The entrance and exit path was way too narrow and difficult to move. This info should have been provided on the website. 9. There was no lift and high stairs. Another missing info. 10. Bathroom has no tap in bath area. 11. Bucket and mug were dirty, we did not even get replacements. 12. The bathroom ambience was of poor taste with a very small basin and if you put some water using bucket while bathing, the water comes out into the room. 13. The side table was wobbly and unusable. 14. There was no cabinets, warbrobes or lockers provided in the room. 15. Breakfast had a poor menu and just average taste. 16. No parking available. 17. Cups and water heater provided but very unhygienic.
Recommendation: Avoid if possible. Alternate: 19Villa Mira, Arunik, etc are nearby and better options.
