Villa Bordeaux

Me and my friend stayed here for 2 days and this is the first time we came to pondicherry. The home stay is so worth for the price and the location is just 100m away from rock beach which is best. We met surya(staff) in the villa. He was very helpful, respectful with the pleasing attitude to us ❤️. I must say it was a wonderful experience.

Had a wholesome experience. Especially the people were really polite and approachable.. they made us feel like we belong there. Oh! And really helpful too. Got to know they've expanded to a suite that can accommodate 8-10 members. Must check this place out!😄❣

We stayed there for a night. One room on the top floor was newly constructed and it was good. Other room was an old one very congested , stuffy and bad smell was there.. I felt the rates are very high for a home stay....we can find good heritage hotels nearby for a lesser price.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The property manager is helping and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Didn't had good experience (since i reached afternoon & expecting to take rest, but had to search another place to stay)

There was issue with water in the room allocated to me. And owner was okay to allocate another room (were washroom was outside, a common washroom)

Anyways, Owner was good enough to refund the money and I had to look for another place to stay.

Worst experience ever. Rooms were very small and bathroom's dirty with unusually bigger door and yet water comes out of bathroom. Owner lacked manners he don't know how to talk to customers. Don't believe the ratings. It's really bad stay in the whole white town. They wrote in-house dining is available but there's no restaurant they just bring outside food if you ordered, please don't get fooled by the photos (like we did) they posted their best two rooms in the website. Worst stay ever better to choose a different hotel nearer to beach

The rooms were getting cleaned regularly but the staff wasn't good at all. The common smoking area had a washroom which we had access to when we were staying at the hotel. The day we checked out, we kept our luggage in the reception and went out to give back our rented vehicle. On coming back my girl had a medical emergency, the lady at the hotel wasn't ready to open the common washroom and said that she didn't have access to it. And later we saw her coming out of the same washroom. Pathetic how a woman couldn't understand a medical emergency. Don't understand why you would not allow a girl on her periods to change. Wr paid 4k for our stay of 2 nights and this is what we got in return. We were ready to pay for the extra 10 hours but they were charging us way too much for no reason.. Also we were asked to pay for the little food stains on the blanket and the lady kept on demanding for tip.
