Worst experience... Those idiots kept the rooms at low price and denied the rooms and saying to reach customer care.
kept low price and made double bookings and denied rooms with more and extra price.
Cheap tricks by OYO and owner.
Owner and the staff are rude ... Better don't book ... Even parking is also very difficult to reach.
All this spoiled my plans. One way I booked in the end of the vacation so no worries. They said you leave the location or pay the money.
That too on the weekend wasted lot of money and time with this hotel.
Useless listing. -5 rating

Pathetic hotel- please DO NOT BOOK!

I'm a single traveler and they showed me 3-4 rooms all of which were ground floor/ground floor+ rooms with huge 6x6 window with NO GRILLS. All faced the gate of the complex which did not even have a security guard. I told them I feel unsafe for myself and my belongings as anyone can just jump in from the windows.
After some negotiation they gave me another room with window grills but this one did not have the plug points working, the wash basin leaked like crazy (imagine having your feet wet while brushing teeth) and was dirty too. ALL the rooms they showed me had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling n corner.... When I checked out they also charged me for breakfast which was anyway included in my tarriff package. Needless to say, I did not pay it. Crazy place!!!! AVOID.

It actually deserves zero stars but the one star I gave is for Manjay, the caretaker who was very sweet and heard me out patiently.

Worst experienceThe rooms were clean and it's the only good part of this hotel except that everything was worst.This hotel don't consider your booking if you book it from booking.com. According to the hotel they are not associated with booking.com and don't care about the prices in which you book hotel. They will charge double amount and you can't even change hotel once you reach here unless you have your car n driver with you.nnLocation is very bad. No staffs not even gatekeeper. You'll have to open n close the gates. Only one staff is at reception who is rude. No room service. No intercom. Food tastes very bad and rates too high. They even charge water bottles at prices more than MRP.nnOverall a worst experience. Not recommended at all.

Everything was fine..... Except for the fact that room could be little bit bigger and have wardrobe to put things on.Maybe a restaurant with diverse food items will make it much better.

Very poor management, very bad behaviour. I already booked in app and it is confirmed but in front of me given to other customer. Even they are not picking up phone calls also. Regarding confirmation I called them also but no answer. Even they haven taken other booking with higher rate also.
If anyone having any questions I will provide my booking information also.
My suggestion do not waste your time here you will better option with same price.

This guests house is located at a very high location and it's not possible to take any vehicle which means you will have to drag your own luggage until the top.
Rooms are pretty decent but a very high cost. We were asked to pay 2.5k per night. When checked with the neighbour room, they were paying 1.2k for the same room. Little inconvenient if you want to travel to Police Bazaar because taxis charge a bomb in Shillong. For 2-3kms they charge somewhere around 200/-

Booked through agoda and the booking was confirmed. Reached around 9pm and the front desk old man(apparently owner) denied the booking outrightly with a rude tone and a mannerless attitude as if we asked for a free room. Disappointed and had to return to Guwahati as the whole Shillong was booked due to new years Eve. Don't ever book this place through any online app. Scamster spotted !

Nice accomodation option in a quiet neighbourhood. Slight walking distance to restaurant and transport options. Comfortable bedding and hot water.
