Hotel staffs are co-operative. But based on location i am not suggesting this place for staying with family bcoz u can't find any restaurant near this hotel for having your meal. Rooms are neat and clean.

All WOMEN group stayed for 3 night...was out from mirning 6 to 8pm so just fr sleeping , though Madam who attended us was very polite but we faced a Breakfast issue( complementary) on the last day of our stay. After a long talk(they were giving only plain Parathas with sauce nd tea )they provided us A PIECE OF BREAD with an omlete. We really regret to waist our time waiting for a piece of bread. Otherwise rooms were clean, big .....asked for hot kettle, instantly they provided us tht.

Good Room, Cleaned and well maintained. Bedroom and Bathroom is very good as expected..Happy to stay for Family. Only little bit far from Police Bazar and Restaurant to arrange food. But food also available from hotel if we ordered in prior..Happy to stay.

Hotels rooms are big and comfortable. Though the place has some distance from shillong main point police bazar, but it is quite and cozy. If you don't have problems staying outside from main points of shillong then it is good for you. Hotels staff are good. Recommend for family.

This Place is really good. This hotel is very cheap than other hotels in Shilong if you book it through MMT We got rooms at the price of 912 per day for three friends, later we come to know that the actual price of that room is 2000/- per night we got 1100 discount. Though it's far from Police Bazar , It's better to stay here . The cleanliness of this hotel must be noticeable.

A great place to relax if you came for a trip. What made the stay most memorable was the hospitality which Sumit has shown. He was available the time to assist me. Rooms is filled with all the amenities as shown in pictures. Cheers and hope to visit again. Highly recommended if wish to stay near main junction.

Hotel was good, main staff was very supportive but the attendeds, Rooms are in good condition but feels very cold in rooms due to many gaps through windows and door. Hot water is available at bathroom but toilet. Food is very expensive.
