Hotel Jessica Residency

Rooms looks good. Located in a very good location, close to the shopping area and easy to get out of Shillong to explore on adventurous locations around Meghalaya... went there for work related purpose, so not sure of the service yet! But I think it's good 👍

The rooms were fine.
Services, Breakfast, Room Service and Food are really good.
The location is also good.
The only minor concern was that the kitchen smoke and cooking smell would come upstairs as the kitchen is on the 1st floor, whereas rooms are upstairs. It won't bother you as long as your room doors are shut.
Nice place to stay.

Very nicely arranged room. Room and washroom were cleaned. Behaviour of the staff was very polite. Best value of money.enjoyed alot.

Very Good Hotel. Staff was very polite anf good behave. Restaurent food was very good. breakfast was very nice and tasty. reception staff was also good and very polite.

It was the worst experience staying there. Only food was good staff was very rude and fraud. We took 2 rooms for 3 days straight at the time of check in they said they will charge 3248 including taxes for both rooms and at the time of check out they charges 3632.
And when I asked why, the guy at reception was very rude and said I told you this only. Very bad experience don't stay here ever

during my visit to Meghalaya I stayed in 2 days is shilong and stayed in hotel Jessica residency .
hotel is located at nice place, Room are very neat and clean, staff is very polite and caring, food quality was very good.
overall experience is very satisfactory

Hotel is good. The staff is very friendly and kind. Room service is too good.... Keep it up.
