The Classic Hotel

Stayed for a night with much enthusiastic and found staffs are of low energy and felt that they never went to any hotel school , no atticates of talking and behaving with someone who is visiting first time to the beautiful planes of dreamy imphal. The food which we ordered was pathetic in taste and royal in price.however i will not complaint too much about breakfast . With this price i will suggest to take a resort at the outskirts of city and enjoy.

We stayed there from 5th to 8th November,2022.
Good hospitality, well behaved personnel. Food was excellent. Not a single issue to criticize. Mr Arjun Gurung is really a gentleman & cordial.

The no. 1 hospitality and tourism service provider in MANIPUR. service, food, staff courtesy, ambience, space, cleanliness, interior, amenities are all worth of international standards. the lady at the front desk was so polite and helpful.
Some few cons are the road leading to the hotel was congested and not well maintained. inside the hotel it's spacious but the hotel doesn't have much open space.
Overall the whole experience was worth it. Everything was so good best in the NORTH EAST.
Will be visiting again soon 😊

We are thoroughly satisfied with the stay at The Classic Hotel and enjoyed every bit of it. Brilliant hospitality and the hotel staff is really very well behaved. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Special mention to the cafeteria where we had a nice dining experience. The service of the staff was great and they are of very polite nature. Rooms are quite spacious and full of amenities. Staffs are well trained and polite. Room was clean and linen was spotless. According to me, food costs are overpriced. Breakfast was very good and had a variety of items.

I stayed in this Hotel, I found all the staff courteous, always ready to help. Food was amazing!!
Customer service are also excellent giving some discount, their guidance was genuinely helpful while booking.
Room and toilet are also clean and comfy..My family has enjoyed fully. I highly recommend hotel hunter to stay in this hotel..
