The staff in cafe particularly Sanjoya was very cordial and aware of what I need. Her smiling face and soft and courteous talk was impressive and it made me feel happy every time whenever I was in the hotel. I will recommend

Great, sprawling property, with all modern amenities, very courteous, cordial, well-informed and helpful staff and excellent food! Special mention: presidential suites! These are huge and with all ultra modern facilities, stand as great examples of fine/plush living! Really enjoyed our stay here! The food rates are on the higher side, but the taste ia definitely worth it!

An added bonus was the street food festival, with a delicious array of local cuisine lined up!

Room #212 specially which I stayed is neat and clean. Food is another have to compliment , the staffs are very well manner specially Sanjota ,she is very prompt to our requirment . Overall it's a warm stay . Guys have a try there.

I highly recommend Hotel Imphal. Calm, quiet and spacious property like home. Good service, clean and hygienic place. They also keep guest’s comfort in mind and cook special meals if needed. Front office staff is very helpful and kind.

Nice hotel at Imphal. Classic group maintain the hotel. Very good service. Food quality of resturent is too good. Environment of the hotel is awesome. Parking space available. Half an hour journey from airport. Rooms are very spacious. Room tariff is not so much as compared to the hotel location and environment.

Very good stay option in Imphal. Large rooms, all have balconies. Staff attentive but not poky. Food option available. Morning breakfast spread is good.

We are from Andhra Pradesh. We stayed in Hotel Imphal for 4 days, from 16th to 19th December. We conducted our sons wedding here. We had more than 200 guests for the wedding. The services provided by the Hotel were simply exemplary. I would like to leave a special note of appreciation for all the house keeping staff and the staff in the kitchens and restaurant. They were all active, energetic extremely efficient in delivering their services. Here I would like to make a special mention of Bidiya, Sanatombi, Geetanjali, Singson,Juicy and Sanjota
