Hotel Flora Inn

My experience was bad!
They didn't allow early check without a hectic price when we had already requested while booking, they had agreed then but later said no.
Water was leaking in windows in rainy season, my belongings were destroyed.
The service people were ok but some of them really pathetic! They stopped the lift for 15 min even after me requesting multiple times!
RO water wasn't available
So many people were there but not much of a good service!

I booked this hotel for 30 days but i discontinued with them because of Pathetic service And someone Steal my goods ( bluetooth earphone worth 20$ And Power bank worth 199$ ) and specially non professional Attitude of receptionist Very bad Experience In Flora Inn Half Star Out Of 5

Rooms are absolutely unclean with small cockroaches crawling inside.
Wash rooms are also unclean.
Would not recommend this hotel.

1.Breakfast nothing interesting- a plate of poha or upmarket and a tea. Worst taste, no other options. you can not expect a buffet type or options as per your taste. Breakfast served only after 9 am.

2.Worst staff. Owner sleeping elsewhere and doesn't know day to day attitude of staff. We gave room key at 9 am for cleaning room and went to watch cricket match. When we returned evening our room was not cleaned, the staff was cleaning other rooms. When we questioned, the duty supervisor said it is the policy of hotel to clean vacated rooms first! We have to wait for one hour at lobby.
3. One day water was overflowing from tank from 3.30 am until 6 sm in morning making us sleepless. When we asked this, the supervisor said 'yes, we know, this happens here usually, no one there to stop at that time".
4. There are many hotels available in main road at same price or less. This hotel is in residential area, you don't get morning tea either in hotel or nearby walkable distance.
5. Overall Worst experience. Don't recommend.

location very near to airport, cleaniness ok but services is not upto the mark, i had visitors we wanted to have breakfast but there kitchen was not open and had to go out and have breakfast. hospitality is avg. there restaurant doesnt open till 9 am thats what i was told.

Renovation in and around needs to be done. Toilets and washrooms are so bad than that of public one.
This is running in residential area and how the municipal authorities has permitted it to run in locality?
Residents in area must be suffering badly due to such establishments....

Room not clean:no facilities hot water poor cleaness in bathroom no shampoo no toothpest. Poor approach of staff.
