Stayed here for 2 nights in a group and hotel manager's behaviour was so rude with everyone. he doesn't know how to deal with the guest. After a short trip when we entered in the hotel and we normally asked for the lunch but the staff and the manager without check replied how many times you need lunch and that so rude he was shouting on us. when we said Sir please calm down and then speak he said he will talk like this only. Even they did not served the lunch and then dinner was so pathetic and salty water. very bad life experience. i will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The name of general manager chandan Patra very third class and rude and used to abuse language to guest or staf👎👎👎👎👎👎

Had a very long stay in this hotel for the project. Very bad experience. Hotel management is pathetic. Food is infested with cockroaches and insects. Many times food is undercooked. They will charge me unnecessarily. No proper cleaning. They will force you to take down bad reviews. Nearby La classic is better than this hotel. After my review google, hotel General manager chandan Patra called me over the phone abused me for putting up the review. Instead of rectifying the issue highlighted in my last feedback. Don’t know who made him GM, never seen such an incompetent guy like him. He just sleeping over there doing nothing. Mr. Chandan Patra you are in hospitality get some manners about how to communicate with your long-staying guest. I was the person who bought our staff this hotel, Seriously won’t recommend anyone to stay here. 1. Hotel is pathetically maintained 2. Wastewater pipe broke and the whole 1st-floor corridor was stinking badly. 3. Be careful with uncooked food and insects 4. He calls up higher up and forces you to put down your review. 5. Very well located, Yes Hotel is a little gem a 5-minute walk from dhule chow. The rooms have A/C and are clean. The hotel is modern and the service friendly. The breakfast buffet has a very nice variety. Despite its small size, this hotel delivers big on all fronts. Will definitely try to stay here next time we're in Rome!

Had a lovey time at your hotel. The hotel was very nice with all staff being pleasant and polite. We had an issue on arrival regarding a cot for our daughter but this was resolved quickly. The staff apologised for not getting back to me regarding an email I sent a few weeks previously. Breakfast was really nice. Hi, I stayed here for night on an official work tour. It was a brief 12-14 hour stay but what stuck me in that time frame has prompted me to post this review. Rooms - Spacious, like huge. Additionally the bathrooms are awesome with proper hot water and dental kits, etc. Having stayed in nandurbar at other properties twice earlier this was a huge huge surprise. The cleanliness can rival bigger town hotel chains 2) Service - since this hotel is primarily a resort cum banquet place, there r ample no of staffs available for service. They are also trained very well in courtesy and customer interaction. Please tip generously as these are small village staff and they work hard very honestly. 3) Food - nothing home to write about. All ok. Extremely garlicky though when it comes to veg gravies. Wud have appreciated a modestly aggresive preparation. Breakfast is ok. Extremely limited items, but that's the norm in small town. Taste of all items was good though. So relatively awesome. The view for morning breakfast superb. Don't miss it especially in winters. 4) Location - little far off from city. Better for own car tourists, professionals. But speak to hotel supervisor, they have lot of auto rickshaw nos and they call them for ur pick ups n drops. Pay extra. Overall - superb experience. Earlier when I used to travel in same day trains from Mumbai to nandurbar for back n forth visit I was hesitant about travel considering cleanliness. But now it's fine. The await is over and finally the best hotel in the town ..good and tasty food, best service, more parking space good for family and friends ...
