Arka Villa

Very bed experience with staff. We r suffering lots of problems.
1. Staff is very lazy, they don't care about costomers.
2. Hot water is not available. If its available but the water is just 5% hot. It's not enough to bath.
3. They not allowed to use the kitchen in 12000rs. Why we r book villa so we can use every thing.
4. The daining table not clean . It's plactic dinning table like street food users use. So in 12000 rs. We expect better.
5. Tv is not working. If tv is working then rechrg is not available.
6. They don't give soap and shampoo and other besic need of costumers.
7. So basically service is NOT provided time to time.
If you order food. You have to time for waiting waiting and waiting....

If any one going to hadghad don't book this Arka villa, Jalsa villa. And also don't book any villa near this villa because all villa have only this staff provided service and its very lazy staff. Waiting waiting and waiting.

Last Krishna-janmashtami we visited Arka Villa. Villa has a very good location & it's very clean. The staff and owner behavior feels you like a home. They treat you as a family member and always been there for your help.

Stayed in c29 on 17th aug. Villa was spacious enough for 7+, clean and no foul smell at all. Mattresses were really very hard like a wooden ply sheet to sleep in the bed room. Staff was courteous. Didn't try food. Refrigerator was of no use at all and had spots which shows being used irresponsibly. Walls are white washed which downgrades overall feeling of staying in a villa. Hot water, supplies and necessities were available. People in the nearby villas were very loud after midnight. Overall ok for a night stay if u r in a big group.

There is no network except Jio and wi-fi service was very poor. The deal was done including breakfast however in breakfast there was only one item that too limited. The place was full of insects in night time due to open space. There was problem with hot water - alternative geysers needed to be run for hot water. Only 3 bathrooms for 10 ppl and that too needs to be run alternatively for hot water. Room service was good however we cant run here and there every minute for service. Not worth for money paid.

It is located in hathgadh, 6km from Saputara center..
Place is nice and peaceful.
I stayed in C40.
Bunglow was spacious and clean.
Rooms are spacious.
Room service is good.
Owner Rohanbhai is polite and helpful.
They also have in villa restaurant. For Veg. Food Taste is average, egg verities are OK..
If you're going during October to February no need to book AC rooms. Weather is quite cool during night.
Some times power cut in the area.

Best place to be, owner and his staff is very co-operative and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean, villas are as per my expectations. there is restaurant set-up also food of this restaurant is really tasty. Every beautiful places to see in saputara is near by this villas. You have to drive only max 10 mins to reach there. Definately we will visit again, i will recommend this place (ARKA VILLA) to stay to everyone who willing to go saputara

We Suffering too much problems.
Hot Water & also normal Water are not available.
Too much cheap service provided
Fully Money wasted.
It’s located in Maharashtra Border so created many issues.
Heartily request to all Think a lot when you go☹️
