First and foremost, how to get to this hotel? When you come up to Departure gate in Terminal 2, take the elevator next to Beer Garden and go to level P4. The hotel is just across. Rooms are decent size and well furnished. Bathroom is a good size but there are no bath tubs in Queen rooms. The showers work fine and will provide ample hot water. Food is served 24/7 in room service, expensive but expected for an airport hotel. Service is good and efficient. I found the perk of free foot therapy very thoughtful. The biggest benefit is the location that saves all kinds of hassle and makes it easy to get onto your flight in time.

Pls remember that you need a booked flight to be able to check into this hotel.

Booked this hotel for convenience when I was traveling out of India as my mother (85 years old) was traveling with me. But it seems you can't take your car to the hotel entrance due to security reasons. You have to go to airport parking and then take a lift and walk to this hotel entrance which was highly inconvenient specially with senior citizen and luggage with you.

There was no one at hotel desk at arrival or departure so it was very difficult to locate this hotel as Google maps tries to take you to hotel directly but you can't take your car directly due to security reasons. And the worst part was hotel contact number is a mobile number which no one picks up most of the times.

Rooms were very small even for two. They are piegon holes. They are good for single business traveller. I had requested for additional bed and they took quite some time to fit that extra bed. It was difficult to fit extra bed even for their own staff. Not sure why they accept extra bed request and take money for the same. In my opinion it's a loot and highly unethical.

The only good part was their restaurant. Food was nice.

Overall good for single business traveller if you want to avoid midnight intercity road travel otherwise please avoid this hotel if you are traveling with family and with luggage. I booked this hotel because it shows 5/7 minutes walking distance from arrival / departure so I thought it would highly convenient particularly when I had midnight international flight BUT IT'S NOT. Other hotels nearby are definitely better options.

This is a beautifully designed and very functional hotel inside the terminal.
Guests should keep the phone number of the hotel with them as they must have a member of staff come out to greet them and accompany them else the police guards standing at the gate to the arrivals hall will not agree under any circumstance to let them in (even a written or digital confirmation is not sufficient. You MUST have a staff member in uniform come out and this can only be facilitated at the gate G32 to which you arrive by elevator on level P4).

I was greeted by the very gracious & hospitable Miss Megha.
Check in was a breeze & I was also offered spa treatments but had to decline as it was almost 22:30 and I had a morning flight.
They also serve food 24/7.
Breakfast starts at 06:30 am and is very good.

The only downside is that the walls are thin & the doors to the rooms slam noisily (a fault by who ever decided on them).

I was extremely unlucky to be allotted room 122 because my next door neighbour at room 123 was a true psycho who woke me up at 1 am.
He was having a conversation with his wife or girlfriend on the phone screaming at her at the top of his voice as if he was in his own house (It was horrendous).
It was in a regional language of India (I have no idea what language it was but it was not Hindi).
I called reception & complained.

Luckily he shut up until 7 am when the charade started again.

Very bad service. The staff except for two young guys were the least unpleasant and definitely not hospitality professionals. You were getting the feeling of staying in prison and not in a hotel because of them. Indians generally are very pleasant and always make you feel like home. The hotel's staff is the exactly opposite.

Also we asked them to wake us up due to early morning flight which they never did. The room had only slippers and water glass for one person although the reservation was for two.

The location is very good but The car cannot leave you at the entrance so the access is not the easiest.

For some reason all the night there were people laughing and making noise outside of the rooms. Also we could hear some construction noises. Generally the rooms are not soundproof.

I didn't try the breakfast so I don't have a comment for that.

The property is inside the airport - The only reason we booked it for the premium that they charge. They told us that we just need to take one lift and we’re at departures. We were excited and relaxed because we don’t need to run for cabs and getting in etc.

But we had to take 3 lifts the next day at the time of our flight. Now that, with one infant and 3 trolleys of luggage was the whole reason why we decided to stay inside the airport.

No help was provided by Niranta to carry our trolleys.

Better stay outside and arrive in a cab. It’s just useless to pay so much for the pain. Similar pain is for check-in too. We had to do 3 rounds from the arrivals level after requesting the cops to let the car be halted there for a while. I’d rather give 5 stars to the cops and our cab driver for helping in enduring this non sense called Niranta.

If they’d help with luggage, I’d probably come back if I’m traveling alone. But nobody even looks at you unless maybe you’re spilling 500 rs bills in tips.

Never recommending this hotel to anyone. Just stay outside in a Hyatt or something and get a cab to the airport at the time of your flight. Might be cheaper and more peaceful.

Doesn’t serve the purpose of a hotel inside an airport.

Could be so much better with right management. But looks like good service doesn’t count in their KPIs.

Also small - very small room even if you go for their bigger one. They call it Queen size or something. Not even one full queen will fit in it. Forget a average family.

Just waste of money.

Extremely convenient for travelers arriving or departing from terminal 2. Best suited for a brief stay. Rooms are small, will need two if you are a family of 2 adults and 2 older kids. There is some wear in the rooms given how much use it sees but convenience outweighs it. You need a signed card from the hotel to leave and reenter the hotel as you have to exit and enter through airport gates. You also need to make a register entry while doing so. If you need something delivered it's best to be present in person to receive it as they cannot enter the hotel.

The best thing about the hotel is the convenience it offers: you can walk from the Terminal 2 arrival or departure floors to the hotel in a few minutes as they are all in the same building. The rooms are well- appointed for a business-style hotel. There is a restaurant that serves decent food at all times. By the way, a buffet breakfast is offered to all guests. The rooms are ultra-quiet; no sound from aircrafts taking off will be heard.

As this hotel is within the airport it is not a normal hotel where you can come and go as you please. You have to sign un and out and all your items have to be scanned among other things. This is a reflection of the tight security measures at Mumbai airport and not the hotel itself. The hotel itself is nice but is expensive for a transit hotel. We were in the room for less than 24 hours and paid over $200.

Edit: the staff here is exceptional! Because of the intricacies of being in the airport and dealing with the security and local regulations, they came to our aid twice in the short time we were here. The ladies who assisted us were patient and supportive and made sure we were alright. Thank you!!
