Treebo Trend Hotel A1

Lobby is small but looks good. Hotel room is not close to what is shown in pictures. The room I got didn’t have clean toilet. Upon complaining they gave another room, which had same problem. They sent someone to clean but they couldn’t remove the stains. Hot water is another issue. You have to leave 2-3 buckets of water before you see hot water. What a waste. Finally the sheets don’t look like they are washed. The age of the hotel is very visible. I will give 2.5*.

The Worst hotel I ever Visited. Room Service are hopeless. I stay in maple room that is most expensive room of hotel and in that room telephone not working and for hot water you have to west one full bucket cold water , and at the time of bath hot water not available. When you order tea they take 45 min only for tea, and in room service you have to wait min half hour for your service. I want to tell hotel authorities to please take a look on these services because as customer I am very disappointed from your Service.

First the good points: The strength of the hotel is undoubtedly the staff, who are very helpful, polite and understanding. They helped me in every way they could. Proximity to airport is another good thing. Apart from Ube/Ola, Nagpur Cabs also have good service.
Areas of improvement: The let down is the late chek-in time. Anyone travelling on work will obviously travel to the city early and not be able to move around with luggage. So I had to settle for an unclean room just to change my dress. The house keeping was not done so room was dirty. But I had agreed as I had to freshen up. But what pained me that I still had to pay early check in charges. Secondly breakfast is pathetic and with only 2 options and bad tea served in paper cups. Room is very basic, with minimum facility. Fan does not work well and hot water does not come. Strangely, they place a tooth brush on the ta who is an unhygenic way to do things. Room had dust and only after my saying, dusting was done.

I am staying in Delux room (a premium room). Electricity sockets, landline are not working. This hotel is not at all suitable for business travellers. The staffs are sounding helpless. Not a value for money hotel. They only provide two dishes option for the breakfast

The restaurant is not good and also food quality.
Ac not working properly.
Room Service is not good.
A dental kit and shaving kit is a chargeable basis .

Food quality is third class, service is also not good, staff is untrained and very dirty. Food area is not so good. Only rooms and location is good.

Overall experience is good in terms of process, amenities, safety & services. I would definitely recommend this to colleagues.

Only one recommendation to provide hot water in winter season considering surrounding temperatures.

The hotel is no were close to shown in pics. It has lack of house keeping. And staff is not at all trained as hotel staff.

Toilets are not at all clean.

I have never seen a piller in mid of romm .

Rooms are not at all spacious not clean.

Their is dust every where and paint is dropping. From that walls due to water leakage.
