Hotel sagar lodging

It was good. Very reasonable rates plus they give you 24 hours check out option from the time you check in unlike other hotels. But Had some water supply issues frequently.Well it was resolved as soon as we called the reception.It doesn't provide you food but you won't die of hunger as there are many restaurants near by. You have great options for food especially if you are a non vegetarian .We struggled really hard for breakfast as we didn't prefer eating non veg for breakfast but Zomato came to our rescue.they do offer you room service. Biwi ka maqbara and panchakki are in 3 km vicinity but it is quite far from station.

The lodging is in the middle of the market which is crowded. They do not have car parking. You have to park your car beside the road that too if you get the spot to park. The AC in the room is of no use. There is no housekeeping. They don't even clean your rooms before you come. The biggest problem is the water is not available all the time. I think they don't even know the term room service because we ordered tea and it was never served.

Area, locality and nearby food reaturants are good. Economic and Delicious food available in nearby restaurants.
Arrogant, let go and ignorant behaviour of Hotel Manager/Owner. Very Poor and Delayed Room Service as only 2 persons are there for room service. Not recommended at all for family stay. Booked 2 rooms and faced major issues with one room as it has old and faulty washroom taps n interior, broken window in washroom, water shortage, dirty bedsheets, hot water not available, even water not available in washroom line on 3rd day of stay. You need to request for hot water which will be provided accordingly.
No resolution of issues even after repetitive complaints, supervisor available on reception don't have capability to resolve issues. This hotel not able to provide basic facilities in few rooms. At one point, you feel shame of complaining issues to hotel manager but they don't take it serious. Paid in advanced for 4 nights but checked out 1 day prior due to lots of issues and they not even refunded anything.
It was my family tour and I really regret my stay.

Beautiful rooms with neat and clean floor and beds.
Only 2 things are not good
1- They are not accepting any OYO bookings due to their loss of money.
2- The lift does not work.

Last one is local area people like couples won't get any room.

Waste of Money. Uncooked meat served in stale gravy. Paper napkins and bones littered all around the restaurant. Customers were shouting all around to get their orders delivered. When reported to owner he doesn't bothered at all. Bad experience.
