OYO 41229 New Shivpark And Lodging

The manager of the hotel is fraud. Dont try ti book this hotel from oyo. If you book hotel with pay at hotel, you wont get hotel,because once customer comes manager will give room to them at prority basis, bcz manager does not have mobile app knowledge. Managed by non maharstrian ,rude communication with customers, no proper management, they dnt follow commitment. They saying that they stopped taking booking with oyo, but they havnt inform such to oyo, plus they havnt remove oyo rooms board from hotel. Oyo app still showing this hotel option and this makes problematic to customers. Take precaution while book this hotel, because that cheater manager will not entertain you.

Booked a room using OYO rooms. Got a confirmed booking. Upon reaching hotel at 10:30 pm with family, property owner denied booking. Property owner was entertaining offline bookings to yield extra money. Pathetic Experience . OYO needs to take care of this.

Hotel staff is very very rude, First they denied to check in, if you already booked and prepaid. Later they charges extra money for check in. U can choose better option other than this hotel.

Worst service. You will have to remind waiter about your order after every 15-20 minutes. It only looks good from outside but very bad management service.

3 families are there. I m not able to find your direct number on google please provide it ASAP so that we can plan our travel.
