The property is overrated. The rooms are spacious and look clean but there are several areas which need attention. We landed tired and found our clean looking beds were smelly (clean linen was provided promptly when we raised this). The room curtains have spots and stains. The shower head had pressure issues, it was a challenge to get a proper shower. The shower door wouldn’t close and water would spill all over the bathroom. Leaky health faucet. As mentioned the staff were prompt to all complaints and tried their best to resolve these issues.
Restaurant- We probably arrived at full occupancy so getting a table post 9 was a challenge. The staff was excellent though to manage this, we waited no more than 5-10 mins to get a table. Good quality has a lot to desire. The standard is pretty ordinary although food choices are excellent. The restaurant area can have better hygiene since always we found food around our table.
Overall For the listed price I’d not stay here again since the overall package doesn’t fit the price. I stayed here for a week. Also to mention I tried to call in to inform late arrival but it was difficult to get connected to someone after 8 pm.
The room was great and the staff were equally friendly and helpful. Great views from the picture windows. The Avviva sky bar is definitely worth a visit, although was quiet for the evenings I went.
Food was a mixed bag. Good Indian buffet in the evening, but maybe steer clear of the western food.
Gym has great views but the equipment needs fixing - 3 out of 5 cardio machines were out of service.
Good stay overall.
Food fare is where I found this hotel lacking and struggling to keep up with hotels in the similar category. But thankfully, once brought to their notice, the staff does make a great effort in salvaging the otherwise meagre experience by customizing as per one's needs.
The inhouse spa was a surprise- very reasonably priced with a multitude of therapies and treatments on offer with extended working hours.
Location is prime, hence easy to get around to catch up on a bit of tourist activity or connect with other popular places of interest, restaurants, etc.
The place itself is amazing. Very nice lights. All amenities are available. Bathroom is a somewhat small, but its manageable. The vibes of the place are too good. Recommended.
Their staff is courteous and helpful in every aspect, shout out to Vaibhav from the reception for getting me upgraded to an Executive suite from a junior suite. The Executive Suite is huge, and if you are on a higher floor - even better views!
Breakfast buffet has an enormous spread and we liked the food as well.
Few things to note:
•Not all rooms, even in their respective segments (clubs, suite, etc) have bathtubs, best to get it checked at the reception if you require one.
•Would not recommend their roof top bar, there are many better and cheaper options available nearby.
Overall it was a very good stay for us and would the recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit.
The breakfast has a lot of options and the roof-top bar is also nice.
The pool looks nice, even if I felt it could be more clean (but we also went in off-season, who knows).
