Hotel Girnar

Biggest con of the hotel is non/less availability of Hot Water in bathroom. They have installed Solar Heater in their hotel which doesn't work well during cloudy weather conditions. During our entire stay, we got reasonably hot water only just once. This is not acceptable during this winter season and this is not tolerable for kids and old people like my parents. Hotel must work on this very seriously. I REQUEST TO HOTEL TO TAKE THIS FEEDBACK VERY SERIOUSLY. Rooms were nice, comfortable & descent but more cleanliness was expected. Though we got clean rooms after check-in but daily room cleaning was not up to the mark. We had to ask separately to the cleaning staff to clean rooms thoroughly. Similar experience was with Tea/Milk which we ordered at room(Hotel doesn't have restaurant, they only serve food in your room) Tea was not at all of good standard, we had to insist the staff to prepare a good tea. However, all staffs were very polite and cooperative. One more good thing about the hotel is its location which is almost at the centre of the town and proximity to all sightseeings is very very good. All good restaurants are nearby. Our overall experience at Hotel was almost good.

Hotel service is very worst. Only rooms and bathroom are clean. Other than staff and other services are worst. Don't stay here if you want to leave early. It will take half hour to make them bill. I personally recommend don't ever stay here. It the allow me free stay still i will not stay.

Pros:

- This hotel is in center of the city.
- Tourist places like Bibi-ka-Makbara, Panchakki, Buddhist Caves are very near from the city.
- Rooms are neat and clean.
- Friendly staff.
- Everything is in working condition.

Cons:
- Less parking space.
- Hotel food is costly compared to other hotels.
Safe place for family.

Nice clean and good environment hotel.
Staff are also good.

Only the food is costly and need to work on it.Suggestion : should include breakfast buffet in hotel tariff.

The hotel is located on the main road. Rooms are neat. Service is decent.
