A good condition this hotel,I like this place and room is classic and underground parking and lift service her, lunch and dinner is good i specially like eat a malvani food this is really royal hotel and restaurant

One of the best property in Devbaug. Loved my stay here for 2 nights. Excellent rooms, swimming pool is too good. Punctual and cooperative staff. And the owner Sumit, he is an amazing host. Took care of all the requirements personally. Would surely recommend in case you are visiting Devbaug.

Rooms are great.! It's new property as of now Dec-22 so it's in good shape. We were promised 2 pool-view rooms but only one had the pool view. Swimming Pool is the Highlight. We had fun time. Beach is a minute away walking across the road. Worst part is food. Our package had breakfast and I wish we could have taken without breakfast package. The 2 main items they serve for breakfast are guaranteed failures - and consistently for all 3 days we spent there. We had to manage without the main items every time and instead had to go for bread butter jam omlet & tea/coffee. Even after complaining there was no apology or attempt to make it right from the property management.

Overall experience was very good, the room was very spacious and very comfortable. The hotel has its own restaurant with a limited menu, but morning breakfast options were good. The hotel location is very good and closed to the beach.

They have good ambience but costly very costly as compare to the service ,they dont have room side assistance, they dont have pool side assistance, actually they dont have business sense, breakfast even my four yr kid and ten yr kid could make better than them......everyday your day starts with such pathetic breakfast when you want spend whole day joyful it becomes awful.....avoid getting into this property
