Right from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was helpful.
The entire F&B team are very amiable and take good care of guests.
We were treated well and served delicious food.

This a very beautiful hotel!! It's very clean and also has many comforting items which will make you feel at home. We were in town for an event which was a bit hectic but coming back to this room was really very peaceful!!!

I organized a small birthday party for my daughter. The decorations was done so perfectly and the staff were so helpful to me and also they took great of all the children there. The food was awesome and we all loved the food there...

Stayed here for 2 nights. The staff is not professional and do not have any problem solving skills. No space for parking. Food is not upto the mark. Sometimes it is too salty or it is tasteless. For both breakfast they had the same options with limited variety. Although the rooms were comfy, there was no free space. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were torn.
Overall for the price it is ok but if you are traveling with family go for another one.

Hotel is ok. Breakfast is not upto mark. For child also. I went on this last Saturday staff is not upto mark. I said them I will pay balance amount in some time or till evening. But after entering the room they send there staff for money with in minutes. They are taking so much money but food is not upto mark. Very poor service of staff. Bathroom is also not maintained properly. They insult the customer if we check out 1 hour late.

Me and my husband had a great experience at the hotel. All the staff and the service given were all great and we loved it. Will surely visit next time when we are there again!!

I was so happy with my stay there. All the hotel amenities we were provided with were all soo good and also we had great time there. Thier food was really amazing and super tasty and also if asked were provided with food in our rooms as well. Thank you soo much for such great experience.

Horrendous experience all around.

Very lazy customer service. Would not change bed sheets and clean the toilets when asked to. The service personnel kept telling us that there's no need to change the sheets as it was freshly done. Hair was lying around and there were food stains.

The restaurant is completely dysfunctional. Communication between the hotel management and kitchen was non-existent. Breakfast options are limited to one item only, staff is very inexperienced and lax as well. Complimentary breakfast is also limited to one item of their choosing (only available on Saturdays and Sundays)

The reception staff was kind enough to follow through on a few of the problems, but overall had a very bad impression.
