Sara Hotels and Apartments - Hotel Near Cochin Airport

This hotel is available in prime location and near to Cochin airport.

Rooms are decent and they charged 1000 rs per day.

Bathrooms are clean and neat. Good service.

Food is okay to try.

The guy who came for pickup was so rude and arrogant as we came by flight and he supposed to come to pick us up on a domestic flight while he went to international and hence we waited almost for 30minutes.
Rooms in which we stayed was very compact but yes good option if you want to stay overnight.
Although they will not provide you any welcome kit no soaps nothing.

Decent stay… for the price I would say… rooms very clean and had working ac.
Wifi was not working so don’t makes any plans on working on your office tasks with the wifi they provide..
The breakfast was pretty good..!

Double standards are maintained by the Sara Hotel when I book room , direct hotel booking has more facilities like free airport pickup and free breakfast etc. But If I book they charged for the air port pickup and break fast, it means that it is indrectly discourgeing not to use. So please do some thing using my feedback, otherwise, next time I would like to prefere to book direct hotel to avail all full service

Nice stay at 2 Bedroom apartment. Food quality was also good and staff was supportive. They also provide pickup from airport which is helpful.

Extremely poor food - unedible literally. The free wifi taunted in a board is literally non existent. Why even phone signals don’t work in this hotel which is supposedly A class coz it is close to the airport. Never had a place to stay and a plate of food that was worse than this place anywhere and I’ve been traveling for 10 years.

Sara Hotel :
1. Sharply picked from the airport terminal (domestic) and arrived on the time to check in
2. Clean bathroom are available
3. There is no hot water available in the hotel so we didn’t take bath for the whole day (if you have kids please check with other hotels ) I got suffered with 3 years kid
4. Majorly they don’t have Wi-Fi .Management provided the password but internet is not available
5. In dinner we got ok’ish food and if you have below 3years kids this won’t suit for them
6. Mrg provided good food (poori,uthapam)
7. Service is good
8. Majorly I have sensitive skin I could sense with allergies material
The bed felt so uncomfortable and made my night itching

Hotel is amazing. Staff is so nice. Person named asgar had really been polite and helping.
