Bathrooms needs to be improved - fittings are aged type n water pressure is very low.
Air Conditioner doesn't display the temparature in indoor unit.
Room Service is Good.
Food is OK only, not so great. Had complementary breakfast which was just OK. We expected a palakkad tasty food but was not upto the expectations.

Very good and historic ambience in the indoor and outdoor views of the hotel.Very spacious rooms but typically old fittings and amenities.Good for families. Food is also tasty. Easy accessible in town.

Good place even for a family. Roof top bar is also there. We ordered Tea and onion pakoda which was good too. Parking space available for at least 20 cars.

Well maintained, very good service and excellent hospitality. The food was very tasty.. I loved the appam and curry the most, next biriyani.. the food rates are as well reasonable. And very good service for handicapped people. They have wheelchair and supporting staff.. very impressed ..👍👍

Stayed at the hotel with family for one night.
Positives: + Good spacious room. + Clean bathroom with always on hot water; towels and toiletries were provided. + Ample car parking space. + Small restaurant but good service. + Polite and helpful staff. + Centrally located.
Negatives: - Extra mattress provided was very thin. - The room smelled of disinfectant; a little room freshener would have helped.

Excellent hotel. In the heart of the city. 24 hour checkin checkout concept is very good and useful as majority of the hotels dint provide this. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Clean and the price range is competitive

Very good hotel and very nice staff. I am from north india and visited here for business purpose so not know the malyalam but hotel staff guided for market and local places. Food of this hotel's restaurent is also good they serve both veg and non veg food.
