Pathetic Experience. Closet was stained. Flush was not working properly. It's a common amenity to provide blankets during stay. Here blankets were also not provided. We book 2 rooms among which telephone provided one was also out of connection and while trying to contact housekeeping staffs or reception, no body was there to pic up the call. Wall paint and putti was falling off and bed was also not clean.
I request people to please check the room before you pay. For us it was such a horrible experience which ruined our trip.

Roof top bar has good ambience,can smoke inside.but the negatives are average food and cleanliness

we saw the ratings and got in with family in two rooms but it was not a nice expereince. The Rooms were not clean, no clean towels. One of ournbathrooms were not clean enough. Since it was just a one might stay we didnt care to argue we all were tired and needed rest but the stay is not worth the money. Dont believe the ratings on google. Not good for family stay.

if it palakad i always prefer this Hotel.. Easy Check in.. Receptionist madam is very kind.. Room service available for food and drinks .. overall nice experience..

Excellent. Parking facility, food, room etc

Room space is just enough, but the walls and doors very urgently require painting or renovation. Hot water is supplied to the rooms only in the morning and it takes a bit of time as we had booked 4 rooms with 8 guests and it took time to get ourselves ready. Parking is secure and separate space is provided. The biggest disappointment was with the Lift, as I had booked this hotel to make it easy for my 80+ aged Mother not to climb stairs. The Lift is available only from the 1st floor and needs to climb around 12-15 steps. The towel provided was not in usable condition.
