Good place, if you are traveling with your family, friends etc..and you are in high numbers, this guest house gives you a very economic options for stay with excellent facilities. They have a/c and non a/c rooms with ideal design and neatness. Its near to the tippu fort,palakkad and only 10 km from malampuzha dam. Its highly recommended for bulk because it got about 50 rooms i suppose. It has a large parking area upfront.

The staff and room service was very good. The rooms were basic and meets a 2 star rated hotel. Every room can sleep two people and has a bathroom. There is also AC in all the rooms. Cleanliness could be better. Amenities could be improved.

Deluxe Room.. Decent room for that price range. This is my second time i am staying. Now the highlight is at 100mtr distance there is a Big Hypermarket started so For snacks, Drinks, Fruits or Low price Shorts or tees available there. Restaurant is in front of the Guest house. Main thing Big Car parking space.

Why I am giving 4 star is for value for money.A/C room we got for just 1K Bugg.Rooms are not grant.But we can just sleep for a day.Normal beds will be provided.Rooms are clean.Bath room is clean. Rooms are bit old and don't expect a good interior. Staffs are good and they are ready to help us, like hot water ,plates , extra bed ..etc. This is near to fort.Good parking is available.Mostly I think bachelors,drivers etc are taking room here, and not seen any family.But staying along with family is safe.Againg telling don't expect more but just think about cheap and best accommodation.Thanks

Tv, wifi, ac, 24hrs power, room service, water service and complementary breakfast are not available simply waste of money

It is good budget lodge for staying no frills, no lift no room service etc ,no waterheater, the room is next tidy near kstrc bus stand but you have to walk 500 meter to get auto or any transport, very calm no sound ,if you are alone and on budget and need a calm undisturbed stay this is right place

Pleanry of parking available and it is near to ksrtc stand. The price is cheap for the facilities
