Food was good and up to the expectations. The fish items were lip smacking

I had visited this hotel for an marriage reception, my experience is that poor service for example it was an buffai dinner, when fish fry warped on an banana leaf was over in the table during the course of dinner, staff didn't both to refill the contents on the table, next one is that some guests had spilled food in the dining hall the floor manager didn't arrange to clean the floor. All together it was an messy one

Great location and clean hotel but service could be improved tremendously. When asked for new towels they said they only provide the once left in the room which was only 1. They said room service was 24/7 but when I called at 10 pm they said they were closed for the night.

it was good stay. neat and clean and spacious room. bathroom is just ok. not spacious. amenities are less. no tea/coffee maker and tea bags or sugar packets or even tea cups. room service is good. the sad thing is no breakfast even with the higher price.

Excellent service 24 hrs check in and check out option available if you book directly Morning breakfast is okey Rooms are really nice and spacious. Only 1 bottle of water is included with the room tariff. If you take extra water bottle then it's getting changed.

A good,premium hotel with good rooms in a very convinient location of Kozhikode.The beach and popular restaurants are nearby.The restaurant serves a grand breakfast which is complimentary for occupants of premuim rooms. A quiet location with Wayanad road and kannur road on either side.
